Deze privé-luchthaventransfer biedt rechtstreeks vervoer tussen Kansai International Airport, Osaka en Kyoto. Gasten kunnen treintransfers, taxilijnen en het dragen van bagage via drukke stations na aankomst of voor vertrek vermijden. Ophalen bij aankomst op de luchthaven is inclusief vluchtbewaking wanneer het vluchtnummer wordt verstrekt, gratis naambordservice en 90 minuten gratis wachttijd vanaf de werkelijke landingstijd. Hotel- en stadsophalingen omvatten 30 minuten gratis wachttijd vanaf de geplande ophaaltijd. Voertuigopties zijn beschikbaar voor kleine groepen, gezinnen en grotere groepen, waaronder Alphard, Hiace, 18-zits voertuigen en 44-zits bussen. Een kinderzitje is op aanvraag inbegrepen en een telefoonoplader is aanwezig. Dit is alleen een privé transfer; tour Gids, Engels sprekende chauffeur garantie, sightseeing stops, begeleid commentaar, en maaltijden zijn niet inbegrepen.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Geef nauwkeurige contactgegevens van de hoofdreiziger, vluchtnummer, ophaaladres, afleveradres, werkelijke passagiersnummer, bagagehoeveelheid en een bereikbaar telefoonnummer of WhatsApp na boeking. Voor Kansai International Airport aankomst pick-up, zal de chauffeur de gasten ontmoeten bij de aankomstruimte met een naambord. De gratis wachttijd is 90 minuten vanaf de daadwerkelijke landingstijd van de vlucht, niet de geplande aankomsttijd. Voor het ophalen van een hotel, stad of accommodatie, wacht u bij de lobby van het hotel, de hoofdingang of het bevestigde ophaalpunt op de geplande ophaaltijd. Gratis wachttijd is 30 minuten vanaf de geplande ophaaltijd. Voor appartementen, stations of andere overeengekomen opstapplaatsen, geef het volledige adres, de naam van het gebouw, de ingangsgegevens, de uitgang van het station en eventuele toegangsinstructies van tevoren door. Extra wachtgelden gelden na de vrije wachttijd : voertuigen tot 13 zitplaatsen kosten JPY 5.000 per uur, 18 zitplaatsen kosten JPY 10.000 per uur en 44 zitplaatsen bussen kosten JPY 15.000 per uur. Voor ophalingen die gepland staan tussen 22:00 en 07:00 uur geldt een late-night service fee van JPY 2.000. Deze toeslag is niet bij de boekingsprijs inbegrepen en dient op de dag van de service contant aan de chauffeur te worden betaald. Houd je telefoon of WhatsApp bereikbaar op de servicedag. Als de ophaalgegevens of contactgegevens onjuist of onvolledig zijn, of als de chauffeur geen contact kan opnemen met de gast, wordt de service mogelijk niet volgens planning geleverd. Ophaal- of afzetplaatsen kunnen worden aangepast als stoppen of parkeren beperkt is door luchthaven, hotel, station, verkeer of lokale regelgeving. Toeslag nachtdienst : Van 22 : 00 tot 07 : 00 geldt een vast bedrag van JPY 2.000.

Nice car. Good communication. Beware the cell reception in the airport is bad. Tried to WhatsApp the driver once we were out. Turns out he was waiting with my name on a sign but not in the area we exited. Tried for 15 mins to reach him but had no cell signal and so finally logged into airport WiFi Otherwise the pick up and car was great. Nice drive to hotel

Roy was understanding when we texted about the unexpected long line to go through customs. Also, responded quickly to all text messages. After exiting the customs area, he was easy to find. He helped with our luggage and gave us water immediately when we entered the vehicle. As we got closer to the destination, he told us about popular areas of shopping. When we arrived at the hotel he helped transport the luggage inside the lobby. He did not leave until he saw us walk into the building. He made our arrival easy and pleasurable.
