On time, comfortable and good communication day before and day of. Large and spacious for our large group of 10 even with children.
Easy reservation process. The driver contacted me 24 hours before arrival. On arrival, the driver communicated he was outside baggage claim waiting and provided vehicle details. Very easy. The driver did his job, wasn't talkative; however, he was friendly when answering our questions. I thought the vehicle would be more commercial looking, when it was basically a personally owned vehicle.
Great experience. Driver texted the night before travel and the day of. Made it easy to find him upon arrival. Transfer was seamless. I’d definitely recommend
On time. Called us at airport and pick is up at baggage claim and drove us to our air bnb. Friendly and great service
Scheduled pickup one hour after landing (10 hour flight). Need extra time because my 13/yo son is wheelchair bound and needs extra assistance and time deplaning. Driver called shortly after bags got to bag claim- wanted to know if I was ready. Explained no, that we were just getting to bag claim and required extra time (thus why we scheduled the transfer one hour after landing). We were still very early. Driver was not happy and rushed us to get the bags quickly because he was parked out front. Asked him for 5 more minutes to buy a beverage. He basically said there was no time for that, but we did it anyway because we planned on doing that. I clasped the stroller wheelchair for him, but he got dramatic and made it known it was an inconvenience. Drove very fast with aggressive braking. Did not want any conversation. Made my family very, very nervous with both the driving and the controlling attitude. Ended up tipping very small to send a message, but it just seemed to upset him even more. Very disappointed and won’t use again.

Great experience. FANTASTIC. Highly recommend. Driver was nice, polite and professional. On time. Van was clean.
This is the first time we used a transfer service, we had a great ride to the Outrigger from OGG. Very happy with our experience.
Driver came to baggage claim and helped us with our luggage. I sent him a photo of us at baggage claim so he would know what we looked like.
Our driver arrived on time and got us to the airport with time to spare. Would definitely use this service again.
Our driver, Daniel was so understanding and patient when our flight was delayed by almost two hours. He was very clear in his explanation of how he would connect with us when we landed. The van was air conditioned, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we hit a heavy traffic jam in Lahaina (understandable, given all the reconstruction happening there) but Daniel never complained, just chatted with us about our trip. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again on our way home and for future trips!
