A great way opportunity to visit some wonderful wine districts in the CapeTown area, with well-chosen tasting opportunities along the way. Our guide and driver, Angelo, was not only knowledgeable with regard to the wine areas we visited, but also as to wine in general and in detail. The arranged tastings provided a good representation of the variety of styles and wines of the area, and were organised in a relaxed but informative way. Angelo was outstanding in the way he created a really warm and friendly environment in the coach, and we finished the tour with new friends, great camaraderie and a better appreciation of quite a few of the wines that South Africa has to offer.
Really great experience, we purchaed four bottles of wine which is out of the norm for us. The last stop was at a restaurant, not a winery for champagne and seemed rushed. We didn’t get back until 7:45. We would have been perfectly happy if the tour had just headed back after the last winery stop.
This was a great experience. We covered couple of wineries in one day and the village market. The only thing which we missed was the train. Was expecting that we would be doing the hop on hop off train but we only went there for lunch.
We do not advertise that we visit the Tram, but you were right on time for a good time in the Cape Winelands.
Angelo our tour guide was the absolute best. He entertained us with lots of history on the South African wineries and his humor and patience were outstanding. The pictures we took at the beautiful site were incredible too. And the wine got better with each sip. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering taking a wine tour in Cape Town!

Bongo was an amazing guide. All if the wine was spectacular and the lunch was phenomenal. Loved the variety of vineyards we stopped at. Very worthwhile day!

The tour was incredible! Every wine we had was delightful. We enjoyed the cheeses paired with the first tasting and when I mentioned I liked Amarula, an African liquor, our host got a jar of it turned into a "spread". Our lunch stop/tasting was excellent. I didn't expect such a good lunch. Most chose steak,I chose the slow roasted pork belly. Both offerings were too good! There was a shop stop. Last we had a " bubbly" tasting. Again so good. And as much as we enjoyed the food and tasting, I have to express my gratitude to the company and guide (Bongo -a great driver and guide) for waiting for us. There was a long delay getting off the ship due to immigration, and just as we gave up thinking we'd missed the tour, we were messaged he was waiting. Thank you so much. I'd have hated to have missed such a wonderful day!
