Verken het eiland Isabela tijdens een spannende dagtour en ontdek de diverse natuurlijke wonderen. Ontdek het Tintorera-eilandje, de thuisbasis van verschillende zeedieren, waaronder zeeleguanen, zeeschildpadden, haaien en pinguïns. Je bezoekt ook de wetlands van het eiland, een leefgebied voor flamingo's, en het reuzenschildpaddenfokcentrum Arnaldo Tupiza.

In de ochtend neemt u een veerboot van Santa Cruz naar het eiland Isabela. De veerboottocht duurt ongeveer 2 uur. Zodra u op Isabela Island aankomt, ontmoet u uw gids en start u de tour. De eerste stop op de tour is Tintoreras Islet. Je maakt een korte boottocht naar het eilandje, waar je de mogelijkheid hebt om zeeleguanen, haaien, pinguïns en ander zeeleven te zien. Na Tintoreras Islet bezoekt u de wetlands en de lagune met flamingo's. Je wandelt door de wetlands, waar je een verscheidenheid aan vogels kunt zien, waaronder flamingo's. Na het bezoek aan de wetlands en het fokcentrum Arnaldo Tupiza, luncht u in een lokaal restaurant. Om 15:00 uur neemt u de veerboot terug naar het eiland Santa Cruz.

The visit to the flamingo lagoon was an incredible experience for us; it is one of the most iconic places in the Galápagos to observe the elegant flamingos in their natural habitat. This lagoon with calm waters is home to one of the most important populations of flamingos in the archipelago, which stand out for their intense pink color and their delicate behavior. Surrounded by a unique volcanic landscape, the lagoon offers an environment of great beauty and biodiversity, ideal for bird watching and nature photography. Visiting this site allows you to appreciate the natural wealth of the Galápagos and understand the importance of conserving one of the most extraordinary ecosystems on the planet.
It is a unique experience, although you have to be lucky with the weather and the number of flamingos that can be observed. Always remember that we must stay away from animals so as not to affect them. This tour is recommended to use binoculars for better observation.
The experience lived during the tour where we saw pink flamingos was very interesting because they tell us the evolution of these when adapting to a different ecosystem and being housed in saline lagoons and how is their mating mode and also what would be their food that is something very valued and especially to take care of since these animals are not usually raised regularly and above all are difficult to be monitoring
