Deze Bartolome Island tour omvat een lange navigatietijd aangezien het eiland ver weg is, maar het is zeker de moeite waard omdat deze tour zoveel meer biedt dan alleen een bezoek en u zult versteld staan van het adembenemende uitzicht, de iconische ansichtkaart van Galapagos. Vertrek op een onvergetelijk avontuur van een hele dag naar Bartolome Island, vertrekkend vanuit Itabaca Canal. De schilderachtige boottocht duurt ongeveer twee uur en brengt je naar een van de meest iconische plekken in de Galápagos, gelegen ten noordwesten van Santa Cruz Island. Beroemd om zijn dramatische uitzichten en de opvallende Pinnacle Rock, biedt Barholome enkele van de meest pittoreske landschappen in de archipel. Een houten promenadepad leidt u naar de top van een uitgedoofde vulkaan (bijna 400 houten treden, zorg ervoor dat u comfortabele schoenen draagt) - waar een panoramisch uitzicht op lavavelden, nabijgelegen eilanden en de turquoise zee de wandeling zeker de moeite waard maken. Je wordt beloond met het meest spectaculaire uitzicht op de Galapagos, het iconische ansichtkaartlandschap dat nooit saai wordt, hoe vaak je deze plek ook bezoekt.
Na uw wandeling, en na een heerlijke en vers bereide lunch aan boord, geniet u van een begeleide snorkelsessie in Sullivan Bay, gelegen op het naburige Santiago Island (of in de buurt van Bartolomé Beach) op slechts een klein eindje rijden. Verken het kristalheldere water vol spectaculaire zeedieren — kijk uit naar Galápagospinguïns, zeeschildpadden, roggen, witpuntrifhaaien en een verscheidenheid aan kleurrijke vissen die in het ondiepe rif zwemmen, evenals prachtige zeesterren. Als alternatief kunt u ook gewoon een beetje snorkelen vanaf het strand of ontspannen op het prachtige witte zandstrand.

Don’t look any further! Guiding Galapagos is absolutely THE BEST! If I could’ve given them 10 out of 10, I would have! Omar and the whole team were amazing. The tours and transfers were seamless. We booked 3 excursions with Guiding Galapagos and they were all better than we could have hoped. Our first tour was to Bartolome and snorkeling and was a great start to our trip. The boat was comfortable, the food was good, and the guides were great! It was my daughter’s birthday on a different tour, and Omar surprised her with a cake! In addition, we had trouble getting a package delivered to Quito, and Omar went above and beyond to help us sort out the issues! It was literally like having a friend in the Galapagos. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Guiding Galapagos, for making our trip so memorable!
Excellent tour guide, excellent boat crew. They did a great job to show wildlife as much as possible. Guide was very knowledgeable & very helpful. Tour leaves early and that helps to have a great view of the attraction before crowds get there. Special thanks to the company that arranged it in a short notice. Recommends to anyone.
Excellent service from start to finish. The equipment was in perfect condition, everything was punctual and well organized, and the tour was beautifully designed. The guides were the best—extremely knowledgeable about the island and a pleasure to be with. The tour was well organized and comfortable. The boat and crew that took us to Bartolomé were excellent. The guide was clear and accurate in his explanations, from the exit from the port to the exploratory walk on the island. The place is beautiful and worth seeing. We saw different kinds of birds, a penguin, lots of fish and iguanas. The team made it a matter to travel around the area to find the animals that were around and make our experience unforgettable. Contact with the company was easy, and were always available for questions. I'm vegan, and I got some really good food during lunch. The only reservation is that they didn't send a wetsuit to my husband, as agreed, and he had to rent one on the boat.
I was fortunate enough recently to do multiple tours around the Galápagos Islands arranged by Guiding Galápagos and everything was perfectly organized. The tours were all excellent, using very good boats and very knowledgeable and friendly guides. The communication and assistance from both Felipe and Omar was first rate! They even went the extra mile each morning to find and introduce you to the guide for the day to make sure there were no issues and that you were comfortable before leaving and again come to meet you at the end of the tour to check everything was ok. If you’re looking for some great tours around the Galápagos Islands you really don’t need to look any further!
