Bespaar geld wanneer we uw Alcatraz-tijd toewijzen. Dit arrangement combineert een reis naar Alcatraz met standaard optie van een twee uur SAME DAY fietshuur. Opties voor vier uur of de hele werkdag San Francisco fietsverhuur zijn ook beschikbaar voor upcharge via het fietsbedrijf. U krijgt van ons een willekeurige Alcatraz ferry tijd toegewezen om binnen te gaan in de Alcatraz celhouse met audio tour van het terrein. We geven ook een fietsverhuurvoucher af. Je kiest niet de volgorde van de twee tours. Zodra uw Alcatraz-tijd is verzonden, boekt u vervolgens uw fietsvoucher en kiest u een tijdslot dat niet in strijd is met uw Alcatraz. Sommige dagen zullen ochtend Alcatraz en fiets te volgen zijn. Op sommige dagen worden eerst fietsen uitgegeven en daarna Alcatraz in de middag. Uw fietsverhuurvoucher voor dezelfde dag is voor twee uur klassieke "NIET GEMOTORISEERDE" zelfgeleide fietsverhuur vanaf Fisherman's Wharf. U kunt upgraden naar elektrische fiets voor extra kosten. Fietsvouchers verlopen op uw Alcatraz datum.

- UW VIATOR VOUCHER IS NIET UW ALCATRAZ TOEGANGSBON! Gasten moeten 1 - 3 dagen voor hun Alcatraz-datum wachten en hun e-mail opnieuw controleren op hun daadwerkelijke Alcatraz-vouchers die aankomen. Gasten die rechtstreeks een Viator-voucher bij Alcatraz tonen, krijgen te horen dat hun naam niet kan worden gevonden. U moet uw e-mail vooraf controleren voor uw daadwerkelijke Alcatraz-voucher. Als u uw tijd niet weet vanaf de avond ervoor gewoon mail ons!!
- Geen restitutie, wijziging of annulering van Alcatraz-items of fietsverhuur
- U hebt ook andere producten besteld of reist met meerdere personen? Uw verantwoordelijkheid om ons in te lichten!
- Wij verhuren geen kinderfietsen, kinderzitjes of aanhangers. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid deze fietstocht niet te boeken als u een kind bij u hebt. Wel kunt u proberen om bij een ander verhuurbedrijf een kinderfiets, kinderzitje of aanhanger te huren.
- Wij wijzen uw fietshuurtijdslot toe.
- LET OP: Als je geen idee hebt van je Alcatraz tijdslot op de dag van je evenement, kom dan niet willekeurig opdagen op de pier. Je zult weggestuurd worden!
- Kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar zijn niet welkom op onze fietsen.
- U wordt verwacht om een terugbetaalbare $ 200 fiets borg per bestelling om onze fietsen te huren.
- Gasten krijgen een fietsvoucher toegestuurd. Zij wisselen deze voucher in voor een beschikbaar fietstijdslot. Het is hun plicht om dit te evenaren om Alcatraz tijdslot mogelijk te maken. We zullen niet terugbetalen vanwege tijdsloten te dicht bij hun tijdslot. Laat het werken!
- Restitutie wordt niet verleend voor gasten die er niet in slagen de aan hen gegeven fietsvoucher te boeken.

Expensive for an hour-long visit you pay for the ferry once on the site nothing exceptional
So we got a two star because you hated Alcatraz and history. Perhaps the free sea lions would be more of interest to you? Or perhaps sit on the beach watching the waves crash on the shore?
Good fun, well organised and sorted by the tour. Alcatraz was slightly underwhelming but cool to see! Spent a few hours on Alcatraz island and really enjoyed the boat trip!

The experience visiting Alcatraz was worth it and the bike ride across the Golden Gate was amazing. I didn’t rate a 5 due to the lack of information provided when booking. I had to send chat messages and emails to get details. I booked last minute so I didn’t have options to book with someone else and just hoped it worked it, which it did.
We sent everything you need. You just had to read what it stated to do.
Worked great as a last-minute option to get to Alcatraz when Alcatraz City Tours is sold out. It cost more this way, but you do get a separate bike rental with this package. The bike rental, is the only reason I gave this 4/5 stars, b/c it was a bit confusing. The instructions (on where to rent) was a bit confusing and then setting up the reservation was a bit difficult for us to setup. After you secure your overall booking (Alcatraz and bike), you (later) get a separate email with instruction on how to redeem both sets of tickets. The Alcatraz ticket link worked fine, but the bike rental link one did not. The Tour Store was quick to respond to our query about the link, but by the time I was able to see their response the bike slots were mostly filled. In their defense, they do warn you about this. But had the initial link worked, I would not had to of reached out to them. All in all, I'd use this company again without question.

In the offer they write: tour of Alcatraz plus bikes without specifying any further, in the activities included it is absolutely not mentioned that you must be over 13 to be able to have access to the bikes, in fact, when booking, the system considers with adult rate children from 4 years. When the confirmation came with how to book the bikes, I immediately tried to book the bikes, obviously depending on the ferry timetable to Alcatraz (time they give you, you can not choose it) , but there were no bikes available until 8 am and there was specified the minimum age of 13 years. The youngest of my children is still 12 years old, so I wrote complaining about the lack of transparency and also about the fact that there were no bikes available until 8 am, or very early (we had the ferry ticket for 1415). The contact person of this agency answered me in a rude and aggressive way claiming that it was written that the bikes were for adults and doing me the grace to increase the availability of bikes bookable at other times (which proves even more bad faith, that is to discourage booking with the voucher included in the ticket they give you the opportunity to rent bikes only at unlikely times so as to rent them to others by charging). Also, always in aggressive mode, he wrote to me that he could take back the tickets to Alcatraz because he had the queue, that is they buy ferry tickets to resell them at a higher price offering in exchange the bike that then maybe you can not take because you have a child / a under 13 years. At that point I sent him the text relating to what the ticket included and in which there was no mention of the rental for children over 13 years and he never replied. If you want advice, if you can't find tickets available online through the official channels, go to Pier 33 and try to buy them directly on site. Needless to say, I absolutely do not recommend buying this package.
We sent your tickets two days before and texted you that we sent. We sell Adults tickets only and adult bikes only. We state well in advance we do not cater to children nor want children on our bikes for liability reasons. We sell 13+ ages only.
Great day out at Alkatraz and lovely bike ride down to the Golden Gate bridge afterwards. Instructions were easy to follow and biles were in great condition.
We had so much fun and only wish we’d had more time to use the bikes. Well just have to come back !! The staff are incredible, so helpful and then lots of fun as you ‘ cross the finish line ‘ We felt rushed in NY so thank you for being so chilled ! It was 30plus degrees yet it’s so cool cycling along the waterfront

I went to Alcatraz and it was a lifetime dream because I use to watch films like Escape from Alcatraz and The Birdman from Alcatraz with my late father great place BUT paid 3 times the usual ticket price usually $50 because it was a high demand time. Bike place didn’t exist and was closed. Could not book a long time in advance as a family has a medical condition however lesson learned for future bucket list trips. Book in advance you can always cancel 72 hours if your situation changes. Thank you for the scam ripoff Viatour but I suppose your company has changed your name to another business name and company code. We were also scammed when we tried to get ballet tickets but luckily the money was refunded and we booked direct with the venue. Check check check the company you use be smart and wise, book in advance so we can all vote with our feet and shut scammers like Viatour and others DOWN!
Your review is misleading. You visited Alcatraz during Christmas week which had been sold out for weeks. We were able to get you on and here you still complained about it. Imagine if you could not get on the island at all? What price would you pay then? You also visited during a terrible two day rain storm in San Francisco. The bike location was closed due to the rain and we automatically credited you the bikes. Take your "scam" review down as it looks plain silly!
Well organized. Departure on time. Just a bit expensive. The audio has been very usefull and interesting visiting inside Alcatraz.
