Very beautiful experience. Very professional team. The sunrise in a hot air balloon is magical. The view is magnificent. The breakfast is very traditional. Our driver took photos and videos of us and is very attentive. We were two women traveling solo. Very safe activity, very well supervised
I booked the balloon flight with my husband for our 40th anniversary. I had done it before a couple of times elsewhere and really enjoyed it. We got to the site and had some tea, then were told to come out to the balloon. The ad said 18 people maximum, but over 20 were already on board. Four compartments had 6 people, and there was one compartment with three VERY large people in it. We were told to get into that compartment. There simply wasn’t room for us both. I told my husband to go and that I would stay because it just didn’t feel comfortable or safe squashed in so tightly. No one from the company said a word to me, and I didn’t get loud or aggravated because I didn’t want to ruin anyone else’s trip. My husband went up while I stayed on the ground and took pictures. Every time I have done this activity, people came back to breakfast excited, talking about their ride and showing pictures. This time was very subdued and no one seemed enthusiastic. The food was mediocre at best. It was mostly carbs and some fruit. I had one olive, a small pancake with honey, and a bottle of water.

I was really disappointed with this hot air balloon experience. What should have been a beautiful and memorable activity turned into a very uncomfortable situation. First, one member of the photographer team behaved in a very inappropriate way toward my friend. His behavior made her feel uncomfortable and harassed during what was supposed to be an enjoyable moment. This is completely unacceptable for a professional tourism company. Secondly, the drone video we received was extremely disappointing. The video was very short, poorly edited, and clearly not personalized as promised. The quality was low and it did not capture the experience properly at all. It honestly felt rushed and not worth the extra money. For such a popular activity, I expected much better professionalism, respect for guests, and higher quality media services

Incredible experience, the team were professional from start to finish. We were picked up by Aziz who was there early & waiting for us. We had coffee/tea & cake & watched the balloons inflate whilst dawn was breaking. We then had beautifully tranquil flight for almost an hour. An amazing experience with around 50 other balloons also in the air around us, we were lucky with the weather & watched the sun break through the early morning mist. Aziz was also our pilot & did a great job explaining what was going on & how everything worked, we felt completely safe with him piloting us. The landing was smooth & followed by a great breakfast back at base. Definitely the highlight of our Marrakesh trip & would not hesitate to book with Marrakech Dream Ballooning again.
One-off ride with Holger. Very good organization. All trustworthy. Are there cheaper deals? Sure. However, you have to cut corners with them (duration, circumference, height etc.). My recommendation: Go with Holger!
The company created an exciting experience for us! A wonderful flight and the view of the sunrise. Then we had a traditional and delicious breakfast. The price was also very good
I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend. Clear pick up instructions from Saeed which is always a good start. Our pilots Ismail and Anaas were impressive and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed learning about hot air balloons. I would also recommend paying extra for a drone recording of the experience. The Berber breakfast was lovely, generous and a great way to finish the activity before climbing back into bed (early start for sunrise). Thank you again for an amazing experience!
A truly amazing experiance that I will never forget. I paid extra for a professional video but was slightly disappointed as it was shorter than promised but apart from that it was surreal.

It was amazing! Our pilot had the best playlist and made us all feel safe and comfortable! The scenery was beautiful! Watching the sunrise and feeling like it was just so surreal! His crew was super nice and fast! The pre tea and post traditional breakfast was fresh and delicious! Our transport was on point and very nice and reliable!
