This allows guests to relax, enjoy the sights, and fully appreciate the information and stories being shared as part of the premium sightseeing experience. While there may occasionally be short pauses at stops, these are incorporated into the overall tour schedule. We would also like to reassure you that our drivers are trained to the highest customer service standards and are genuinely passionate about showcasing the very best of Oxford. They take great pride in interacting with visitors, offering recommendations, directions, and suggestions on places to visit. As many of our guests are exploring Oxford for the first time, we are sure you can appreciate how valuable it can be to have friendly and approachable local experts available to provide guidance and assistance. Regarding your reference to the "bus depot", we assume you are referring to the Gloucester Green Bus Station. This stop is an important part of our operation, as it is where driver break swaps can take place, ensuring that our team members are looked after while maintaining a safe and reliable service for customers. In addition, the location itself has historical significance, having opened as a bus station in 1935 and previously serving as a cattle market, with a public boys' school nearby. Much like the other 17 stops on our route, it has been carefully included as part of the wider Oxford sightseeing experience. We are naturally disappointed to hear that you feel your £20 ticket represented poor value. Fortunately, the vast majority of our customers thoroughly enjoy the tour experience, including the complimentary walking tour that is included with every ticket. We also work closely with a number of local attractions and partners to add even more value to a visit to Oxford. While we understand that this particular experience was not what you had hoped for, we would love the opportunity to welcome you back to Oxford in the future and, hopefully, make a more worthwhile and enjoyable experience.
