Dit stadsavontuur in San Francisco neemt je mee door de stad in een safari-achtig openlucht voertuig en brengt je vervolgens naar de veerboot naar het eiland Alcatraz voor een audiotour door het cellhouse. Op deze uniek ontworpen sightseeingtour beperkt tot 12 personen, ziet u beroemde bezienswaardigheden zoals de Golden Gate Bridge en kunt u eigenzinnige verhalen over de stad horen als een vermakelijke gids die uw aangepaste voertuig door SF's kenmerkende buurten rijdt. Na de vier uur durende stadstour brengt uw gids u naar Pier 33 waar u de veerboot naar het eiland Alcatraz zult pakken. De meeste gasten brengen twee tot drie uur op hun gemak door met genieten van de audiowandeling door de voormalige federale gevangenis die bekend staat als 'de rots'. Ophalen bij het hotel is inbegrepen.

Je stadstour eindigt bij de Alcatraz Ferry-landing waar je tickets voor de veerboot wachten. Ga de gevangenis in om de inbegrepen audiotour te ervaren en verken vervolgens de rest van het eiland op je gemak. De meeste gasten hebben twee tot drie uur nodig om een van de veerboten te vangen die om de 30 minuten naar de wal terugkeren.
We zullen het beste uitzicht op de Golden Gate Bridge vinden voor de dag van de tour. Dat kan betekenen dat u de Marin Headlands binnenrijdt, op weg bent naar Baker Beach of onder de brug gaat bij het monumentale Fort Point.
We rijden door het oudste Chinatown van de VS en als er tijd is lopen we door Ross Alley naar de Fortune Cookie Factory en proeven verse koekjes.
Geniet van een rit door de stedelijke achtertuin van San Francisco. We kunnen er min of meer van varen afhankelijk van de interesse van de gasten en het weer op de dag.
Geniet van het beste uitzicht over de stad vanuit het geografische centrum. We kunnen een ander uitkijkpunt vinden, afhankelijk van de interesse van de gast en het weer.
We stoppen in het historische centrum van de "Summer of Love" waar u een snelle lunch kunt krijgen en street art, muzieklocaties en prachtige Victoriaanse architectuur kunt ontdekken.
We stoppen bij Alamo Square om foto's te maken van San Francisco's beroemde "Painted Ladies" Victoriaanse huizen met de skyline op de achtergrond.
We rijden langs prachtige Victoriaanse en moderne herenhuizen, waaronder Billionaire's Row en het Mrs. Doubtfire House in de chicste buurt van San Francisco.

We halen graag op bij hotels in het centrum van San Francisco. Als u in een gedeelde woning of buiten het ophaalgebied verblijft, kunnen we een voor beide partijen geschikte ontmoetingsplaats vinden. We kunnen niet ophalen bij hotels buiten San Francisco (bijvoorbeeld rond SFO).

Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us an amazing tour around the town. On the tour it was only me and my friend, so Eric really focused on what we were interested in seeing. Additionally, Eric took photos for us and had a great personality. If you are traveling and need something to do, I would recommend this. As we were leaving for our Alcatraz tour, Eric made sure that we knew where we were going and how to get back to our hotel. Eric was not pushy about receiving a tip or additional money, which made it even more genuine and easy to give him extra. This tour is worth the price!

My wife and I were in San Francisco for a short trip and booked this tour and had a fantastic time. Eric was great and very knowledgeable about SF. We had an amazing day with our guide, Eric. We were in town for the World Cup and this was just as enjoyable for the family. He was great with the kids and keeping their interest and excitement throughout the tour. Alcatraz was fantastic, especially the Indian Land exhibit. You can explore every part of the island in under 2.5 hours and get back on the boat.
