Rondreisopties
Reisroute

Istria is straight out of a postcard. Must see destination in Croatia. Our private car tour was wonderful, with tips for taking better photos, being a photography tour, I was worried about being out of my depth but that wasn't the case at all. Our guide was lovely, and gave us the history of the region. We smiled all day long.
Dear Kim and Brett, thank you for the lovely company during this lovely day in Istria. Happy travels across the Balkans!
Igor had great knowledge regarding the towns around Istra! Beautiful views and site seeing! Definitely is a must to see! 😍
Great touring with you both Jo, hope the family event goes great :)
The highlights of Istria photo tour was a great day even though it started with a lot of rain. Our visit to Motovun was a wet one, but Igor patiently watched the weather to make plans for the day based on when and where the rain would lighten up. Even wet, I enjoy this cute little city built on a hill and got several photos I really like. We had lunch at a nice seafood restaurant along the way to Rovinj where we waited for the rain to subside. Next stop was Rovinj, is a city on the Adriatic Sea with charming cobblestones streets. When we parked the car the rain had stopped and I was so excited that we were going to have better weather. But minutes later, the rain was coming down harder than ever. Igor and I had hot drinks at a cafe while we waited for the rain to pass. Once the rain stopped we were able to explore the streets among the shopps and homes which was well worth the wait. Igor was very patient with helping me learn how to frame better pictures. More stuff in photos isn't necessarily better. Sometimes less is more. Igor helped me see a whole new way of looking at the subjects for my pictures and what I want to see in them. Last visit for the day was the amphitheater in Porec, and the weather continued to improve. I even got a few patches of blue sky in my pictures. I definitely recommend Igor and Croatia Photo Tours for any one who likes to take photos. Igor has an easy going personality and is a good teacher. I enjoyed my day with him and am happy with my pictures and what I have learned to help my future photos.
The sites were breathtaking. We visited 3 different cities and each had a different charm. Great trip

We are pleased we elected to make the long day trip from Zagreb to Istria and return. To have missed this very scenic area we would have left Croatia without experiencing one of its most important areas for food, wine and history. We were well led by our driver and professional photograper Igor, who made sure we saw the best of three very different towns, Motovun, Ronji and Pula, taking us to good locations for photos and offering some practical tips on photography.
A highlight was our lunch stop at a seafood restaurant at a quiet little inlet in the middle of nowhere. We ate a huge platter of mussels cooked in white wine and garlic, and washed them down with the lovely Istrian white wine.
