We went from Phong Nha to Hoi A via the Vinh Moc tunnels and the Hue Citadel, it was so nice to be able to break up the long journey with visits to interesting places! The car was also very comfy and there was plenty of water. Our driver Mr Hao spoke excellent English and was fun to talk to, we learnt a lot about Vietnam from him! Kudos points we enjoyed similar music so the long drive was made much more fun by singing along to music! Would definitely book again!

I had an amazing experience with Hoi A Private car. Mrs Thu was amazing and so helpful. I originally just booed a private car from Da Nang to Hoi An and then used here for my transfer at Hanoi airport. She arranged my Fast Track for my international arrival and departure. They communicate very well and make you feel special. Fast replies and great service. From check in at Hanoi Airport I checked in for my flight got escorted right through immigration with no wait and then security with no wait. The whole process I was through in less than 10minutes. Worth every penny and Mrs. Thu coordinated it all for me. Thank you again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She deserves a 1,000,000 stars.

Affordable trip, great for groups of friends, on time and punctual. The driver was great, we stopped of on many attractions on our journey between Phong Nha and Hoi An. So our trip felt more like a tour. Would recconmended Great experience

I highly recommend Mr Hao and Hoi An Private Car for your travel needs. Our almost 10-hour trip from Phong Nha to Hoi A was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to Mr Hao. He's a friendly and knowledgeable driver, and is very easy to talk to about local culture, food, and football (despite being a Manchester United fan!). The Mitsubishi Xpander SUV was perfect for our needs. Mr Hao pointed out great photo spots, including stopping at the Vinh Moc Tunnels, La Vang Sanctuary, and Lap A Lagoon, and took us to a fantastic local restaurant (for actual locals) for lunch. The booking process was seamless, with prepaid options via international credit card and cash settlement upon arrival. We booked Mr Hao for two more transfers and would definitely recommend him for his reliability, professionalism, and local expertise. 5 stars well-deserved!

This was a great travel experience. Booking through the website was simple and they had great communication via WhatsApp. They were also very flexible when we had a last minute change of plans the day before. Mr. Lieu was our driver and he was prompt and courteous. The car was clean and spacious. The driving was excellent and safe. We had a long drive through Vietnam but this was a great experience and we would highly recommend.
