Hoi Een Kookles (Markt, MandjeBoot Crabfishing & Cooking Class)

Ochtendtour start om 8:45 uur tot 13:00 uur / Middagtour start om 13:30 uur - tot 18:00 uur met een kleine groep voor 1 kookles. U wordt opgehaald door onze gids en begint uw dag met een bezoek aan een lokale markt samen met onze chef-kok, leer over lokale ingrediënten. De tour gaat verder van de lokale markt naar het waterkokosnootdorp - Geniet van een hands-on vangst van "paarse krab" in het kanaal en peddel in een unieke "bamboemandboot" om de schoonheid van de rivier op het platteland van Vietnam te aanschouwen. Hartelijk welkom en deelnemen aan onze echt Vietnamese kookles en zelf gekookt, genoten van wat je hebt gekookt 4 gerechten en kookrecept is klaar om thuis opnieuw te maken. Mis deze unieke lokale ervaringen in Hoian niet!!! Dhr. Tâm is een getalenteerde chef-kok. Hij is de combinatie van de culinaire kookvaardigheid en lange oude jaren ervaringen om u te laten zien en al zijn vaardigheden in het creëren van Vietnamese gerechten met u te delen. "Wij kunnen rekening houden met vegetarische en dieetwensen tijdens de tour."

Started with crab fishing on the coconut boats… ignore the reviews, we caught loads of them! Then hopped on a scooter to our cookery lesson. All the family got involved and enjoyed it and was made even better with a beer!

What a fabulous way to spend a morning! We were collected at our hotel and driven to a riverside village about if 15 minutes out if Hoi An. This was where where we were greeted by our cheerful chef and instructor Tamw! Before our cooking experience we were taken on a coconut boat ride, with much serenading, spinning, and crab fishing! Our class was wonderful! We were taken through all steps to make a banana blossom and papaya salad with quail eggs, chicken and mushroom noodles, a savoury mushroom pancake, grilled eggplant, anll topped with an delicious peanut, ginger, shallot and spring onion sauce. Dessert was caramelised sweet bananas! All in all a delightful experience, with our wonderful Chef Tam! Thank you!

Tan our guide was amazing. A great cook but most importantly very kind and enthusiastic. My meal was outstanding and will definitely be making it at home. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this experience. Our guide, Tan, was amazing—full of energy and an all-around great guy. Not only was he an excellent guide, but he was also a great chef. The food we made was absolutely delicious.
