Hoi An Cooking Class (lokale markt, Mand Boot, Vissen & Koken)

We had such an amazing experience at this cooking school. The chef was fantastic, very skilled, kind, and genuinely a wonderful person. We felt welcomed from the very beginning and enjoyed every moment. It was not only a great learning experience, but also a truly special and memorable one on a personal level. We are very grateful for everything. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had such a great time at this cooking tour – definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Hoi An! The experience started with a visit to the local market, which was really interesting and a great way to learn more about the ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking. Our guide explained everything in a fun and engaging way, and even our kids really enjoyed it. After that, we did the coconut basket boat tour. It was a fun experience, although a bit touristy compared to the rest of the day – but still enjoyable and something different to try. The cooking class itself was the absolute highlight. The setting was beautiful and relaxed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience feel very personal. The instructions were easy to follow, and we actually learned dishes we feel we could recreate at home. Cooking together as a family made it even more special – my daughters had so much fun (especially the hands-on parts and the little cooking tricks they taught us). Everything was very well organized but still felt authentic and relaxed. The food we made was delicious, and it was very satisfying to sit down and eat our own creations at the end. Highly recommended for families and anyone who wants to experience Vietnamese food in a fun and interactive way

That was an amazing day, gathering vegetables from the market, having coconut boat trip trying to catch crabs , after cooking together with a lovely family! The food we cooked and eat omg! That was the best food we tried in Vietnam ! Highly recommended , if you visit Vietnam you should do this activity she also explains every vegetable and asking questions you would remember. The place we book by the river open and fresh!

A great afternoon tasting new tropical fruits, bamboo boat ride and cooking class. Able to adapt easily for my dietaries with no fuss.

We loved the cooking class, beautiful location and very informative and fun. My teenage boys loved the basket boats too. You make 6 courses and Tram makes it all enjoyable, then you enjoy as a family overlooking the river. There is a lot of food, all delicious, great value for money.

Tram offers a top-notch experience. The driver picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the market where Tram met us for the shopping trip. She explained about the ingredients we'd be using while we meandered through the different sections. We then went to her house where after a rest stop the coconut boat picked us up from her dock. The boat ride was fun if gimmicky. We didn't spin per our request, though we saw other boats do it. We briefly tried fishing for crabs with no luck. After the boat ride, we started preparing lunch. Tram made it fun and informative. She even got me to try flipping pancakes and other techniques that were new to me. The food was varied and delicious. When lunch was over, the driver took us back to our hotel. This was a great way to see a bit more of Hoi An and learn about more of the local cuisine.
