Went out for dinner and a food crawl at night with Ngoc Ha and had such a great time!! We were out for ~4 hours before we had to leave, but she was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and I learned so much from her and about her. Highly recommend booking with Saigon Hotpot and with her especially!! Absolutely would book again the next time I’m in Saigon.

I visited Ho Chi Minh City on my own, and joining this tour was one of the best decisions I made. Before I even arrived, Jennifer reached out to ask about my interests and travel preferences. Based on our conversation, she planned a thoughtful itinerary that perfectly matched what I was looking for. The tour was a great balance between famous landmarks, such as the Independence Palace, and hidden local food spots that I would never have found by myself. I had a great time exploring Saigon with Anh. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting stories while answering all of my questions. I enjoyed every stop, especially trying the local food and desserts. The tour was well organized, and Anh made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Nguyen, was so lovely and knowledgeable. She excitedly showed us the best egg coffee in town (so good!). Gave us great tips for crossing the roads, and had expertise throughout our visit to the independence palace. Also showed us a very cute cat themed souvenir store. Nguyen answered all of our questions, and was so kind. Loved meeting her, and our experience. Highly recommended these tours with Saigon Hotpot.

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. Nhi was an amazing guide—friendly, passionate and easy to talk to. We tried several local dishes that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own, and everything was delicious. I also learned a lot about Vietnamese culture and everyday life while walking around the market. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was. If you are traveling to Vietnam and want an authentic, off-the-beaten-path experience, you must book with @Saigon Hotpot. My time with them was a 120-out-of-100 experience that completely transcended a normal city tour. My guide, Nguyen Hoang Gia Phuc (Sam), was a brilliant 20-something young man who didn't just show me the sights. He also shared his soul and perspective on life. We ended up having deep, great conversations about existence and mortality, answering questions I ponder every single day. He also tailored the day beautifully, taking me to an amazing vintage shop I’d found on social media. My wrist is now wearing a tiny piece of memory, a vintage watch still ticking away on Saigon time. Thank you for showing me the beautiful, unfiltered heart of your city. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an unforgettable, deeply moving day. If anyone ever visit Vietnam, please do yourself a favor and experience this magic. :)

We spent half a day visiting the Independence Palace, the Central Post Office and book street. The tour was incredibly well-organized and enjoyable.

When I was planning my trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I really wanted to visit a university there. I believe that universities and their students can show the future of a country, so I wanted to get a glimpse of the future of Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh City. The only place where I could request such a special tour was the “Tailor Made Tour” by Saigon Hotpot. So I requested a university tour through their website. To be honest, I was not sure whether this kind of request would be accepted. However, my tour was finally arranged, and I was assigned a student guide named Phương An. She first showed me around her university, UEH (University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City). She also kindly asked one of her close friends from her hometown to introduce me to another university as well. Through this tour, I was able to see the atmosphere of universities in Ho Chi Minh City and the lives of the students there. After seeing them, I became confident that the future of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City is very bright. Above all, I was deeply impressed by Phương An’s attitude and passion as my tour guide. Her English was excellent, and she explained the university facilities and campus culture to me with great enthusiasm. This tour changed my view of Ho Chi Minh City in an even more positive way. I would like to sincerely thank Phương An for doing her best as my guide and giving me such a meaningful experience.
