My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience on this Michelin Food Tour in Ho Chi Minh City. It was a private, intimate experience that turned out to be the perfect introduction to both the city and the incredible flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. Our guide, Mango, was outstanding. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Ho Chi Minh City, but he also took the time to explain every dish we sampled, including the ingredients, preparation, and the stories behind them. His passion for Vietnamese food and culture really elevated the entire experience. Beyond being an excellent guide, Mango was hilarious and made the tour so much fun. It felt like exploring the city with a local friend rather than being on a typical tourist excursion. The pace was relaxed, the food was exceptional, and we left with a much deeper appreciation for Vietnam’s culinary traditions. If you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City, I can’t recommend this tour enough. It was one of the highlights of our trip and well worth it. Five stars!
Excellent experience! Our guide 2 D was phenomenal! He made great food choices, knowledgeable on food and culture. He made this tour one of the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Our driver was friendly and a very good driver in the traffic.
Nice experience and the guide was good but . This is not Michelin food or restaurants. It’s street food at best
We had a fabulous time being shown around HCMC by our guides, eating delicious food (SO much food - come hungry!) and seeing parts of the city that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise! Nguyen and Vi were great hosts, they were prompt, informative and so so friendly. Thanks for a great night and for showing us food that we’ll dream about forever! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent night. Leo and Mango were very good guides, super friendly and attentive to our questions. They explained the suggested way to prepare the different dishes. The experience of taking the motorcycle tour was fantastic, very different from driving a car around the city, especially at night, with the illuminated buildings and some special attractions. Highly recommended.

I got Mango as my guide and he was this incredibly sweet boy. It was raining cats and dogs but his enthusiasm kept me entertained. The food was delicious too. We went to three Michelin spots, non pretentious but absolutely bursting with flavour. Mango then also showed me around the flower market, china town and district 2 as well. He also has a great knowledge of the city and its history. Please ask for Mango as your tour guide if you want to leave HCMC with warm belly and warm heart.
The four of us had a great time with amazing authentic Vietnamese food and very funny conversations. We learnt a lot and even some wet weather for the second half of the tour didn’t bother us. Had great guides led by Tracey with Leo, Hanee and Jay. Definitely recommend.
Great food and a very friendly and well informed guide! We really enjoyed it, there was plenty of wonderfully authentic food that deserved its Michelin rating! We visited many interesting restaurants and Mango was a great guide who we would recommend.
