Four of us booked the hibachi dinner cruise and based on the price we paid, $616 with taxes, tips, and processing fees, we were expecting something much better. The boat was uncomfortable with metal bench type seats and finding a place for the 4 of us to sit was not easy. Yes, the boat was packed. The crew was pleasant, friendly, and the chefs kept everyone engaged. Music was very good. Food was as ok, not great and served in cardboard bowls with plastic forks. We were not expecting fine dinnerware but the bowls were tacky. By the end of the evening all trash cans were full and overflowing. None of the crew seemed concerned about placing new bags in the trash cans so rice was on the lids and coming down the side of the cans. The summer in Hilton Head especially August has been very hot and dry. With how oppressively hot it was before we got on the boat the crew did not offer us any water while we waited 20 minutes to board. How much is a case of water, $8-10, at $616 we should have gotten at least 4 bottles of water while waiting. But, nothing until we got on board. And then, when we did get on board and purchased water, it was warm. The crew had not placed any water in ice. So, here is our recommendation, spend your money elsewhere. Go on a sunset dolphin cruise which is much less money and have a nice dinner and drinks at Crazy Crab, Hudson’s, or Skullcreek Boathouse.
Absolutely unacceptable, a total rip off!
Although the weather didn't cooperate (rain showers), we enjoyed the experience! The food was excellent, staff were all incredibly nice & fun, and the cruise was great. It would have been nice to see the sunset, but maybe next time!

So much fun!! The crew was so personable and entertaining! The food was delicious! We did this trip last year and decided this will be an annual event every year when we visit Hilton Head! The bonus is the exquisite Sunset on the water!!

Took my team out and let's just say we had the best time! The drinks on board were clutch and priced reasonably. Will for sure be going again. Food was also amazing.
Such a fun and unique experience! Staff is very fun and friendly and it’s so much more fun to do this on water. Lots of drink options onboard as well.
This was a great trip to go on! The crew, to the music, drinks, food and the dolphins! We found out about this from a friend that went out a month before us. Booked it with my family and another family. (4 adults and 5 teens). We booked in advance online because we heard it books up quick. Everyone was amazing and friendly from the desk to the crew. It was a beautiful boat ride with a fantastic sunset. We were able to see so many dolphins. The vibe was great with the music. The variety of drinks were nice. The kids love hibachi so they were happy. We absolutely will be doing it again next year!
