Our entire trip was fantastic. We did the above and also visited Porto. We were picked up on time every day and our guides were great. The hotels were up to our expectations, and we ate at some wonderful restaurants. We highly recommend this company.

We've never taken a tour like this before, preferring to explore independently. But we were feeling overwhelmed by all the possibilities for exploring the Lisbon area and decided to try the five-day "best of Lisbon" tour. It was a good decision! The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the geography, history and culture of the area and I'm sure they showed us things we would not have seen on our own. Each day was packed with new discoveries. The guides were willing to adapt itineraries to suit our tastes and preferences. The restaurants our guides took us to were some of the best we ate in during our two weeks in Portugal...places we wouldn't have known about otherwise. All of the Portugal Travel Center staff, from drivers, to guides to office staff were very thoughtful and always attentive to our safety and comfort. They responded promptly to countless emails before we arrived.

We actually left right after Thanksgiving and added a little time in Porto. If you've never been to Portugal don't wait any longer! We cannot wait to go back. I thought having a private guide and driver was an unnecessary indulgence, but for the little bit extra it is TOTALLY WORTH IT ! The pace was just right, we were able to see all the highlights but felt like we had a local flavor with our guide Pedro who was beyond accommodating, knowledgeable and punctual. Every detail was taken care of including transfers, train tickets and hotel accommodations which were all centrally located in walkable areas. After hours and hours of research I am so happy I chose to book with Portugal Travel Center.

Great service, experiences were diverse and we felt every stop was thought off with great attention to detail. Comfy van when touring around and the hotel was great and spacious. Very responsive and professionally before and during the tour when we asked for some recommendations.

Hotel had a great location and huge rooms, we loved all the day tours but Sintra with Quinta Regaleira was spectacular. The guide was excellent and all drives were in comfortable cars.

We now think of Lisbon as probably our best holiday destination ever. Everything went smoothly, relaxed but very informative guide. The hotel was top notch and very well located close to everything. Will use you for our return to Porto, many thanks!

Our experience booking our tour of Lisbon with Portugal Travel Center was great! Our tour guide, Daniel, was not only knowledgable in all our questions but also enthusiastically shared his love of Portugal. Our hotel - Turim Marques - was also a nice experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and friendly service. Lastly, the communication with our travel agents was phenomenal! They really made sure that everything went smoothly and went above-and-beyond so that all the details were sorted out and we didn't have to stress out too much during our trip. Specifically, Pedro and Daniela were awesome at sorting out our details and answering our questions regarding the remaining days we had in Portugal (outside of our tour of Lisbon).
