Reis van Napels naar Herculaneum met naadloze transfer en prioritaire toegang om Romeinse ruïnes te verkennen samen met een Expert Gids. Uw reis begint bij het Huis van de Houten Scheiding, het bewonderen van een zeldzame, intact houten scherm afwezig in Pompeii. Ophalen in Napels. We halen klanten op verschillende punten in het stadscentrum op. De bevestiging van de ophaaltijd en locatie wordt per e-mail verzonden. De chauffeur en de tour Leider houden een banner vast met de tournaam en een lijst met deelnemers. Wij raden aan 10 minuten voor de vergadertijd aanwezig te zijn. Geniet aan boord van uw bus van een stressvrije reis. Onze voertuigen zijn uitgerust met airconditioning en gratis flessen water beschikbaar op aanvraag. Aan boord zullen onze medewerkers een korte introductie geven in de stad Napels en het omliggende landschap tijdens de reis, voordat u uw Gids in Herculaneum ontmoet.
Geniet van een begeleid bezoek aan Herculaneum met een professionele Gids die op u wacht bij de ingang. Je ticket is inbegrepen, dus je kunt de rompslomp overslaan en direct beginnen met verkennen. Excellent tour. Pickup communication was very precise (which is always a worry) and Nina was there to collect us at least 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Guide at the site, Tommaso, was very knowledgeable which is expected but also took care to ensure the whole group got the most out of the tour in the very very hot weather. Danilo the driver was also on time to collect us so everything went well. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Thomas the tour guide was great, really clear English, funny and engaging. The bus travel was comfortable and given free water. The guy who picked us up from bar picnic was great, on time (at the 10 mins prior to departure time as started to be there for) and clearly called for us at the meeting point. Only downside was the travel and logistics took longer than was stated, as our original start time was moved from 1:30pm to 10:30am, and that was to be able to pick up those who were on the Pompeii tour in the morning, so we ended up having lunch and waiting an hour or so in the Pompeii area, which was good food but unexpected timing. Got back to our original drop off point 3:30pm, so another 2 hours beyond what we thought given the acceleration of the start time. We didn't have anything else planned for the day so was fine, but communication upfront on the expectations re timing should have been clearer.

Value for the money is great! Our tour guide Tommoso was amazing 10/10! Made the experience very fun and relatable! A lot of time to see everything! The only thing that was a negative was the pickup experience. We were picked up way earlier than originally booked (2 hours earlier) and then forced to wait around for over an hour and a half in Pompeii to then be bused another 25 minutes to the site. Again our guide while at the site, Tommoso, was amazing and I highly recommend asking for him.

Tomasz, the guide was fantastic. He was engaging, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We went to Pompeii the day before, and although it was fabulous, Herculaneum was far superior.
