We were warmly greeted by Ilona and Sam. We took up window seats whilst Sam made us a lovely cup of coffee. I chose the Vegetarian Laksa and my wife went for a salad concoction that looked quite mouthwatering. A glass of wine accompanied lunch, followed by a tasty cake or two. As the planes arrived and departed we sat back and enjoyed the view and the ambience that pervades a quality lounge experience.
This is a very good lounge. Stunning views. It is very clean, well appointed and the food and drinks great. Topped off by a wonderful host Paolo.

Her professionalism and genuine care truly enhanced my lounge experience. Additionally, I was highly impressed with the lounge’s shower facilities. The amenities were well-maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with high-quality toiletries. After a long flight, the opportunity to refresh in such a comfortable and clean environment made a significant difference to my journey.
