De vredige sfeer van Essaouira biedt het perfecte uitje voor zowel shoppers als strandliefhebbers. Activiteiten aan zee (kitesurfen, quads, kameel- en paardrijtochten, enz.) zijn ook te vinden op het strand voor degenen die geïnteresseerd zijn. Ook een heerlijke, vers bereide lunch is bij de prijs van de reis inbegrepen. De gids is de hele dag beschikbaar voor speciale behoeften of verzoeken. Voor speciale wensen of verzoeken kan voorafgaand aan de reis contact worden opgenomen met de organisator. Totale rijtijd: 6 uur.

We halen je op bij je hotel of ontmoeten je om 8:00 uur op het ontmoetingspunt buiten Café Argana.
Het is 3 uur rijden naar Essaouir en we zullen onderweg drie stops maken: de eerste stop bij een café halverwege,
De tweede stop om foto's te maken van geiten in de arganbomen en de derde stop om een argancoöperatie voor vrouwen te bezoeken.
Zodra we in Essaouira aankomen, heb je tijd om de prachtige stranden en medina in je eigen tempo te verkennen. Maak foto's van de okerkleurige muren, de mooie en het levendige Moulay El Hassan-plein, ook de souks (openluchtmarkten). als de charmante kleine straatjes van de oude medina van de stad. Daar kun je genieten van een lunch met verse vis in een local restaurant bij de haven of op het centrale plein waar vaak livemuziek is. Om 16.30 uur halen we je op en rijden we terug naar Marrakech. Je bent om 20:00 uur weer terug in je hotel. opmerking: vervoer met airconditioning en water zijn bij deze reis inbegrepen. wanneer je in essaouira aankomt, ben je vrij.

I booked this tour specifically because it was supposed to be guided it was not and I was notified and given the option to cancel or continue with money back. Since it was my last day I chose to continue. I got lost in the shops literally so I am disappointed as a solo traveler it wasnt guided so I probably didnt even see 1/2 of what was there in fear of getting lost again If you plan on shopping in Morocco wait and do it here! No haggling and prices are cheaper I would advise to stay overnight that way there is also time to enjoy the beautiful beach and try to find a guide
Everything was perfect. The previous stops before Essauoira: take pictures to thw mountains, the visit to a women argán cooperative (so tradicional), traditional tea, the visit in Essaouira to the Medina, the beach, the port was so increíble and Nice. All the explanations that the Guide give to us we're so profound and really interesting.
We could not have asked for a better experience and guide. Elhoussain’s brother Hamid and our driver, also Hamid, we’re most interesting and provided us a wonderful experience on our trip to Essaouira. We made several stops along the way and shared great conversation together. The stops were well timed and afforded us an opportunity to see life in the villages between Marrakech and Essaouira. Hamid provided great practical information for our time in Essaouira as well. You will be most pleased with this experience - highly recommend.
Hamid is a great guy. Throughout the day he told us many stories and taught us about Moroccan - and specifically berber - traditions. He is also a very honest guide and won't refrain from advising against tourist traps when there is one. We were lucky enough to have the whole van to ourselves, which meant we decided with Hamid what to do and what not to do. I would advise to also check out the other trips that he and his brother organize.
This was one of the best experiences I've ever had on a trip. The hosts were very warm, kind, informed, and accommodating. They gave us clear and direct communication on where to meet, what to expect on the trip, and on the history of Marrakech and Essaouira. They chatted with us freely and made us feel welcome and safe. I've already recommended this excursion to a couple of friends going to Marrakech later this year.
