For this review I could only give a 4. The reason I marked it down had to do with the ticket company. I booked a tour for Sacred Valley for 0700-1500. The ticket instructions had me meet at a location for pickup, and stated breakfast and lunch were included. Somewhere along the lines the company had another company fulfill my destination. This was not told to me, nor was myticket ever updated with new instructions. After waiting almost an hour at the meeting point, I was told the driver was at my hotel. I thought this was odd as I never provided my hotel info. Eventually I met up with the driver, only to find out the tour went to 6pm not 1500. The driver and coordinator still thought the mess up was on my end, then I showed them my ticket information, with the meeting point and times. Aside from the above, the trip was great. The guide was very knowledgeable amd the driver did an outstanding job. Because of these two, I gave it a 4 our of 5. I would only recommend. This to a friend if the management side cleaned up their communication piece.
We went on the Sacred Valley tour. It was well organized tour company, I appreciate them reaching out to me the day before on WhatsApp to confirm they would pick me up from the hotel. They were on time the morning of and communicated well in English. I would book with them again the next time I go to Cusco.
