Vluchtbewaking Wij volgen uw vlucht actief in realtime. Of uw vlucht nu vroeg aankomt of vertraagd is, uw chauffeur zal zich hierop aanpassen om ervoor te zorgen dat u op tijd wordt opgehaald. Driver Details & communicatie De naam, het telefoonnummer en de voertuiggegevens van uw chauffeur worden binnen 12 uur na uw geplande ophaling verzonden via e-mail, sms of WhatsApp. Neem contact met ons op als u deze gegevens niet heeft ontvangen. Voor de beste ervaring raden we sterk aan om een mobiel nummer te verstrekken dat beschikbaar is op WhatsApp of iMessage, omdat veel van onze klanten deze kanalen de meest betrouwbare manier vonden om op de hoogte te blijven. De chauffeur houdt contact en bevestigt hun exacte aankomsttijd. Als je WhatsApp of iMessage gebruikt, ontvang je live updates. Zorg ervoor dat uw telefoon is ingeschakeld na de landing voor een soepele coördinatie. Wachttijdbeleid - Luchthaven Heathrow We begrijpen dat de paspoortcontrole en de bagageafhandeling tijd in beslag kunnen nemen, dus ons beleid staat ruim wachten toe: Gratis wachttijd : 75 minuten vanaf de werkelijke landingstijd. No-show : Als de passagier na 90 minuten na de landing niet bereikbaar is of niet op het verzamelpunt komt, wordt de boeking geclassificeerd als een no-show en is restitutie niet mogelijk. Wachttijdbeleid – Centraal Londen We omvatten 15 minuten gratis wachttijd vanaf uw geplande pick-up. Als passagiers niet binnen 15 minuten komen opdagen, gelden daarna verlengde wachttarieven. Kosten worden toegepast per 15 - minuten slot, vanaf £ 12,50 per slot. Betaling kan direct aan de chauffeur worden gedaan in contanten of via beveiligde betaallink. No-show : Als de passagier na 30 minuten na de geplande ophaaltijd niet bereikbaar is of niet op het verzamelpunt komt, wordt de boeking geclassificeerd als een no-show en is restitutie niet mogelijk. Meet & Greet & Bagagehulp Uw chauffeur zal u op het aangewezen punt ontmoeten, assisteren met uw bagage en u begeleiden naar het voertuig. Assistentie wordt geboden voor zowel laden als lossen om een comfortabele ervaring te garanderen.

Our driver, Stefanel-Catalin, was fantastic. He maintained great communication with us while we coordinated a meetup outside of baggage pickup at Heathrow. On the drive to our hotel he shared a lot of tidbits about the city and provided several recommendations of sites and restaurants. We booked Trust Transfers to take us in a private car from Heathrow to our hotel in London, and then from London to the cruise terminal in Southampton the next day. Both times the driver arrived promptly, helped with the bags, and was courteous. They gave us tour guide style information when we wanted it but did not chat when we wanted to stay quiet. The cars were clean and comfortable. My only caveat is that the drivers both used WhatsApp to call me when they were on their way to pick us up. Trust Transfers had not let me know that would be how they communicated in advance. My phone was on airplane mode when we arrived at Heathrow so I did not receive the voicemail via the WhatsApp app, which led to some anxious moments until we found the driver holding a sign with our name on it in the arrivals area. Be sure to download the app before you book this service.
