Hanoi bij dageraad Photo Tour

I had a really enjoyable morning with Bruce. He was very helpful throughout the tour and shared plenty of useful ideas and knowledge from his own experience as a street photographer. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily that morning, so when we arrived at the lake there was almost nobody outside exercising, which had been part of the original itinerary. Bruce was very flexible and happily adapted the plan. Instead, we spent more time photographing around the murals as per my suggestion, experimenting with different ways of bringing the painted scenes to life with real people. I had a few ideas for interacting with the murals, and Bruce was a great sport - he even became my model for some of the shots! 😄 He has a good eye for street photography and understood what I was trying to achieve, which made the whole experience both creative and fun. Despite the weather, I came away having had a very enjoyable and productive morning. I’d definitely recommend the experience, especially to photographers who enjoy experimenting and looking for something a little different.

Great experience with Momentlives. Pick me up from the hotel and drop me back at the hotel after the photo tours. The photography guide Son was great, friendly and extremely familiar with the local enviorment. We visited the train steet first & enjoey great Vietnamese egg coffee and Son help me how to use composition and camera setting to take great train photos. Later on, we visited various places in the area , such as local market, alleyways, and observing the daily lives of the local people. Such as selling good, playing table tennis, exercising in the park and similar activites. Of course, we could't miss a delicious bowl of Vietnames pho. I highly recommend Momentlives Photo Tours if you want to photograph the local lifestyle in Hanoi, or even if you simply want to explore and visit the city.

I had a fantastic time with the team of Momentlives Photo Tour. From the pick up at my hotel in the early morning to the drop off after 7 house, everything was perfectly organized. We visited secret spots and locations which were less overcrowded by tourists. Also I learned a lot in those few hours and received some good tips which bring my skills to another level. This photo tour in Hanoi was one of the highlights of our trip! Together with out guide Son we explored, atmospheric alleyways, captured the incredible energy of the Train Street and visited bustling local markets. Son gave us valuable "pro tips" on composition and lighting that helped me capture the soul of Hanoi. And Son turned a rainy day in Hanoi in something truly amazing. If you want to see the authentic, raw beauty of Hanoi and bring home photos that tell a real story then go for this tour. Highly recommended!

Wow, what an amazing two days I had with Son. I learned a lot about photography, but best of all was his ability to take you to places where you get to see and feel the real heart and sole of Vietnam. Even if you are just a casual photographer you should go out with Son. I couldn’t recommend him enough. I will cherish this experience for a lifetime

What a great experience. I booked the Hanoi by dawn photo tour for my wife, because she’s the experienced photographer. I just tagged along. And what a great morning that was. My wife had a really nice and professional experience. Tried new photo techniques and compositions. Son (Mike) was very pleasant and informative and knew what he was doing. He also went out of his way trying to help when my wife had a problem with the memory card. Even though that I didn’t take photos it also was great for me experiencing the market and the old quarter by dawn. Our highest recommendations.

Mikey, our guide, reminded us that it would be overwhelming with activities in the market. So it is better if we have some ideas in mind of what we want to shoot. This is a piece of good advice as it allows us to focus and get the best out of the tour and photoshoot. Such is the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the guide

We had a great Hanoi Sunrise Tour with Momentlives. Our initial communications were with Mike Nguyen. He gave clear and prompt replies to all our inquiries. On the day we were picked up at our hotel around 5 AM by our guide Mr. Hung. We had an amazing time visiting vibrant wholesale vegetable market at dawn. Later on we visited various places in the city and local market, observing locals at their morning rituals of tai chi and group dancing. The tour finished by an excellent morning meal of Pho at a traditional local eatery, followed by a Vietnamese egg coffee. Mr. Hung was very friendly and informative, with very good English. We could recommend this tour to any tourist visiting Hanoi.

The whole tour was great from start to finish. Prompt pick up at my hotel followed by an amazing adventure of Hanoi in the early morning. The flower market was a highlight. The Tour guide was great so informative and friendly. He helped me with my camera and photo composition. A trip to the food market and finishing with a local breakfast. The trip was so good I thought about doing it again.
