Onze Apron Up Cooking Class wint al jaren aan populariteit door mensen intensieve en interessante lessen te geven. Mensen die bij ons komen, kunnen experts zijn die Vietnamees restaurant willen openen of iemand die nooit eerder heeft gekookt, maar heerlijke Viet-eten willen kunnen eten wanneer ze na hun vakantie terug moeten komen. Onze school lokaliseert precies in het centrum van de oude wijk, dus zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken en dus, na de markttour op de grootste markt in Hanoi, die vlak bij de oude wijk ligt, kun je ook weten waar te kopen wat in de rest van je reis hierheen. Binnen slechts 3 - 4 uur, krijg je te leren over de ingrediënten (specerijen en Vietnamese produceert), maak je een hele maaltijd van de meest populaire en authentieke 5 gerechten in Hanoi (of zijn vegetarische versie voor vegetarische begeleiders, genietend van je vrucht van de arbeid en probeer Vietnamese rijstwijn samen met uw klasgenoten, het ontvangen van een kookboekje en een certificaat!

We having so much fun and cooking skill from hailey. All the food that we cook I think is much much better than I had in Hanoi restaurant. And also I love the eggs coffee making as well. I believe I will be the pro chef and I can cook proper Vietnamese cuisine after this class. I will definitely recommend hailey and apron up cooking class in Hanoi .

Such an amazing experience! Our teacher today, Hailey, did such an amazing job, so pleasant and patient with us in teaching the food. When I ate the food we prepared, specially Pho, I couldn’t believe we made it in such a short time - it was soo good! Egg coffee making was a plus. Highly recommended to anyone passionate about food and coffee in Hanoi!
