Alles begint met de aanwezigheid van de gids of onze transfer bij het hotel over de tour die u gaat ondernemen met onze privémobiliteit naar de ranch, daar zullen wij u de paarden aanbieden volgens uw ervaring die gaan gaan met ons allemaal de tour , de gids zal laten zien hoe je je paard kunt besturen, hoe je onze veiligheidsuitrusting zoals helmen, eerste hulp bij het uitrustingsstuk etc. kunt gebruiken, is hoe we onze reis beginnen.

We halen u op bij uw hotel en nemen ons privévervoer naar de ranch bij Qenko. Op de ranch brengen we je op pad met onze paarden en ontmoeten we de ruiters, die je de hele tocht bij zullen houden. Bij het verlaten van de ranch brengen we je naar de ruïnes van Qenko. Vanaf hier heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de ruïnes, maar als u ze op de juiste manier wilt bezoeken. Dan hebt u het toeristenkaartje van Cusco nodig (de ruiters kunnen de paarden verzorgen tijdens uw verkenning). Van Qenko volgen we een klein zandpad langs de weg naar de volgende locatie, Puca Pucara. De naam vertaalt zich naar "The Red Gate" en wordt genoemd vanwege de voorafgaande functie van de site als de gecontroleerde toegang tot Cusco tijdens de Inca-periode. Daarna gaan we verder naar Tambomachay, wat een soort Inca-badhuis was en ook een plaats van aanbidding voor water was. Vanuit Tambomachay passeren we een eucalyptusbos op weg naar onze eindbestemming Sacsayhuaman, waar de Inca's vereerden licht.We eindigen onze tour in Saqsayhuaman zodat je zoveel tijd kunt nemen als je wilt om deze spectaculaire site te verkennen.

This company allowed me to book the tour, did not confirm, did not answer a SINGLE message or phone call the entire time and then it turns out THEY WERE CLOSED THE DAY I BOOKED. So I wasted my time on my vacation when I could've used another service and actually enjoyed my time. The worst experience with a tour I have ever had, zero customer service, zero response, absolutely terrible. If you want to book with these clowns, don't waste your money.
Dear Anika: Unfortunately there was a mistake in the platform set up, we didn´t receive your booking request (by mail or phone), hope you understand it was not our fault as it was a platform configuration issue. Have for sure our service standards are the best, we reply as soon as we receive a booking request and confirm every single booking as soon as we can, our picking ups are always on time and the staff is commited to excellence service. It´s not fair for the company, suppliers and the whole staff to receive this dreadful comment, specially it this is not our entirely mistake. SO MUCH FUN! You get to enjoy the horses and the beautiful countryside; you have the opportunity to canter and trot, not just walk slowly on the trail. You see interesting ruins, where you are able to get off your horse and explore on foot. The guide was very informed. A fantastic experience !!
