Easy booking and check in. Form the cruise port it’s only a 10-ish minute shuttle ride to the meet up spot. The tour guide gave a brief history of the area.
Shore Excusions were terrific. Marta was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with us as we ran a little behind schedule. She was fantastic!
The group can be rather large but you have plenty of time to explore Pisa alone or with your party. It was extremely helpful to receive a short historical briefing en route to Pisa. Essentially this tour consists of guided transportation from Livorno to the piazza where the leaning tower is located.
Easy to find the meeting place. Great communication leading up to the day. Excellent transport and guide who ensured we really enjoyed our self guided tour! 4 of us went up into the leaning tower and it was fantastic! Comfortable ride. Highly recommend
5 out of 5. The girls were lovely and patient with such a big group, giving clear instructions to a lot of overheated tourists :) Everything went smoothly and we would definitely book with the company again. Great value for money for those not wanting to pay the cruise ship fares.

Half-day tour of Pisa, very well attended by Omi, Beatrice, and Mario. Too bad about the heat, I recommend coming at Easter.
Really nice and smiling guide
Excellent trip. Marta was great, just the right amount of information interspersed with humour From the start the whole process was well organised. Marta was extra thoughtful providing additional transport options for some members of the group due to the heat. Times and tickets were well planned. Climbing up the tower was well worth it and there were great views. Simon, the driver, was excellent. I would highly recommended this trip.
