Zie en leer over de prachtige en historische bezienswaardigheden van Halifax tijdens deze begeleide 2,5-3 uur durende Segway tour. Uw vriendelijke gids neemt u mee langs enkele van de populairste bezienswaardigheden van Halifax, waaronder het Halifax Waterfront, de Halifax Citadel National Historic Site, Argyle Street en Grand Parade Square. Tours beginnen en eindigen aan de Halifax Waterfront (Salt Yard). Je Segway-avontuur begint met uitgebreide training inclusief voldoende oefentijd.
Je volgt dan een deskundige gids langs de Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk, waar je de kans krijgt om foto's te maken en "Lampposten op een Bender" te bekijken.
Vervolgens ga je de stad in langs het Government House, de Old Burying Ground (eerste korte stop), de St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica en de Halifax Central Library.
Tour tour zal vervolgens Spring Garden Road oprijden en langs St. Mary's Basilica rijden op weg naar onze volgende stop. We zorgen voor geschiedenis en krijgen de prachtige kerk in het hart van de stad te zien.
Onze volgende stop is de nieuwe bibliotheek in Halifax. Hoewel het misschien niet spannend klinkt, is deze bibliotheek een kunstwerk en een nietje in Halifax.
Tijd om door de prachtige en historische Halifax Public Gardens te wandelen. We nemen een korte pauze van de Segways en dwalen door de tuinen met de mogelijkheid van versnaperingen.
Je tour gaat verder naar Citadel Hill en de Halifax Citadel National Historic Site, waar je het beste uitzicht hebt op Halifax en de omgeving. Hier geniet je van je volgende stop (10 minuten), en nog een kans voor een aantal geweldige foto's.
Vervolgens maak je een ritje langs Halifax's Argyle Street, het uitgaanscentrum van Halifax, op weg naar Grand Parade Square.
Komende van Argyle Street stoppen we bij een iconische foto gelegenheid terwijl we in Grand Parade zijn. Deze stop krijgen we duik in de geschiedenis van het gebied, het stadhuis, het oudste gebouw van de stad, een spookrestaurant en de oorlogsmonumenten op het plein.
Tenslotte gaat u terug naar het Halifax Waterfront langs Province House, het Maritiem Museum van de Atlantische Oceaan, The Cable Wharf, de Shops at the Queens Marquee en "The Wave".

Great way to see the city of Halifax and learn about the history in a fun way. Segways are easy to use and great way to get around.
Really a great trip to see Halifax and learn the history. It was actually our second time in this tour and learn new history each time
We had a great Segway Tour of Halifax. We quickly were able to visit many or the top attractions that are already on your list to see. Shannon and Annabelle did a great job of introducing us safely to how to step on, ride and get off a Segway. They told us of the top three things to avoid doing as well. They were fun, genuine and informative on the sights we saw. They even perfectly timed our arrival to the Citadel for the noon cannon firing. Thanks for a fun day!

An absolute must to see the city of Halifax!! Our Guides Annabell and Shannon were knowledgeable, thoughtful and had great sense of humor! An excellent way to spend your afternoon . Don’t be afraid, excellent instruction and practice before tour!!
It was canceled because of rain. I got an email oe text fom the provider saying g that since it was scheduled through viator that they would have to approve the refund. I thought I seduced through trip advisor but they said it was Victor

Unfortunately, when booking through a third party like TripAdvisor/Viator, we cannot process the refund and it does have to go through the party you booked through. We also are disappointed we couldn't get you out on a tour, but we hope you enjoyed your trip anyway!
My brother, friend and I had a wonderfully excited Segway experience with our guide who was well-educated, friendly, informative and very familiar with the Halifax area. He made our Halifax City Spin quite enjoyable. Our Segways were in excellent working order. We were given a choice of helmuts - including fun ones that made one of our group look like a funny puppy with floppy ears. I rate this unique adventure 5+ stars!
Halifax is such a beautiful city, and seeing my Segway is a great way to soak it in. Our Segway tour was led my Spencer and you just could not ask for a more personable , informed guide, especially with his cool and calm demeanor. He guided us safely through town, explaining the sights as we went, He trained us, guided us, and made sure were safe and comfortable throughout the experience. If you're visiting Halifax, I very strongly suggest trying out Halifax Segway City Spin (and be sure to include the Noon Gun!)
