Het is verdeeld tussen Viator en het management van de tours. De gidsen op deze tours worden betaald door de bijdragen aan het einde van de tour, op basis van hoe je ervan genoten hebt. Katarina was a fantastic tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about sharing her love of Bratislava. This 2+ hour walking tour was a perfect way to learn a bit of history about the area. The walk to the castle is an uphill trek, but it’s at a leisurely pace so suitable for most people.
A lot of uphill walking . The guide Maris is very knowledgeable and very entertaining. The length of her tour pretty much covered all the highlights of the city. There was a fair going on when we went so we had a little bit of hard time looking for the meeting place because of the tents. We saw all the instagrammable places from above the city. Wonderful tour. Five stars.
Martina was our Guide. She had a lot of stories and random facts which made the tour very entertaining. Besides she coulored the tour with her own experiences and information about restaurants and food. We enjoyed it very much. the only critical remark is, that she spoke nearly to fast for my old school english. Hubert Gutemann
Great experience with a professional guide!
We had some free time before leaving Bratislava after a conference and were very glad we decided to spend it on this tour. Our guide, Katarina, was excellent, balancing the history of the city with current developments. She also had photos of the city from the past and shared recommendations as well. There was an opportunity to give a contribution at the end, and the tour was well worth it. Would definitely recommend!
we had a grat time on the city&castle tour. our guide katarina found a great balance between more touristy infos / recommendations and hard historical facts. it was a great experience!
Roman was a great and entertaining guide! Gave us lots of history and facts and the hottest tips... where to eat! He also made sure that we stopped for water bottle refills as it was a very hot day.

One of the best walking tours I've ever been on! Our guide was engaging and knowledgeable. We were given a list of recommendations at the end of the tour and we ate and drank our way round the list for the rest of our trip. All of the recommendations were excellent. It made our trip. Would recommend this tour to anyone.
Sylvie was a very good guide with a clear voice and a lot of knowledge about Slovakia en Bratislava. She responded well to questions from the group. We gave 4 stars because the original walking tour was scheduled at 10 am and had to be delayed to 11 am due to illness of the first guide. Hence there were 40 attendants (2 groups) which was a little too much. Also we like to advice to not make the tour too commercial with info about restaurants and ice cream parlors.
