Begin uw tour in de Grand Hall , die een prachtige verzameling schatten toont — waaronder het kolossale standbeeld van Ramses II. en de Hangende obelisk Ga vervolgens naar de Grand Staircase, een majestueuze openluchtgalerij van maar liefst 6.000 vierkante meter die oploopt tot een hoogte die overeenkomt met zes verdiepingen. De Royal Mummies' Hall is uitdrukkelijk gebouwd om de mummies van de oude koningen en koninginnen van Egypte te tonen. Het ontwerp wil bezoekers de impressie geven dat ze door de Vallei der Koningen dwalen, waar ooit de meerderheid van deze mummies lag. De zaal heeft 20 koninklijke mummies, 18 koningen en 2 koninginnen uit de 17e tot de 20e dynastie. Koning Ahmos de stichter van de 18e Dynastie, koningin Hatsjepsoet de belangrijkste vrouwelijke faros, Thutmose III de grotere krijger, en Ramses II de grote bouwer zijn de beroemdste mummies in de kamer.

Second day in a row with Ayoub as our guide. He treated us like family. If you in Cairo or coming to Cairo, I would highly recommend this company and ask for Ayoub to be your guide. He is excellent.
Definitely recommended. The Grand Egyption Museum is really grand and takesh you through a journey and if you are lucky to have Kyrllos Eskandar as your guide it enhances the experience. Kyrllos is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Egypt and its history. We felt very comfortable with him and came out much more educated. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time touring Cairo with Fatimah. The guided experience was truly exceptional. Since one of the sites was closed when we visited, she customized the itinerary just for us. It was an old dream to know the pyramids, and I was able to realize it peacefully with this tour, the guide was extremely kind and attentive, we walked without hurry through each of the 3 pyramids and the sphinx, the complex of Gize is well organized, with a bus making the route between the pyramids, I entered 2 pyramids and recommend too much, everyone is congratulated, the guide, the driver and the agency
