I accidentally found this company on Google because I needed a transfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi. At first, I was a little worried because I was traveling solo, but Anna helped me with scheduling my trip and with all the little things that came up along the way. My flight was rescheduled twice, so I couldn’t arrive on time, but Anna was very helpful and assured me that she would take care of the reservation and all the details. She was very nice, attentive, and responsive throughout the whole process. The driver was also very nice. He helped me go through customs and assisted me with my luggage. I’m really happy that I chose this company. The trip was also fun because there were travelers from many different countries, so it was a nice experience. I will definitely use this company again if I need a transfer in the future.

The business was recommended to me by a fellow traveller. When I reached out, they were always prompt to reply, friendly and helpful. They provided all the info I needed ahead of time for a hassle-free journey and I cannot speak highly enough if their services!

Really happy with the group transfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi! The whole trip was easy and well coordinated. The driver remained professional, the vehicle was comfortable, the transfer itself was quite fast and everything went exactly as planned. Would definitely use this service again

Overall a good experience. After I booked (pre booked months ago) had what’s app comms with Anna. And Fay before she confirms all details. On day I got oat couldn’t find office. She called me and asked manager to find me after I sent picture where I was. So absolutely no problems here and great service. The trip was 1030 we arrived circa 1615. There was 6 of us in group. The driver didn’t talk to us (language barriers). We stopped once at circa 1215/1230 he said we had 20 mins. I thought it was water or toilet stop so asked a fellow passenger who spoke Russian thankfully and she asked driver who said no this is lunch. Would have been good to have more toilet stops. I didn’t have water that day as we had no stops other than this one so was very dehydrated and sore head! That aside only other minor was fast driving after border. But it is Georgia :) and also one of the group took 30 mins to get through border (think issues due to his nationality) so driver was making time up. But overall would recommend and just be prepared for no toilet stops only one the day! But great service from Anna and the team.

The driver often had a dangerous driving style. He drove very fast, frequently overtook in a very unsafe manner, and often had his eyes glued to his phone. In addition to not being very friendly and smoking in the vehicle. All of this on winding roads, in the mountains, and with quite a bit of traffic. In short… there is certainly a better, safer company to make the trip between Armenia and Georgia.

Smooth experience overall, driver doesn't speak much English but being quite nice to help with luggages and made sure English-speaking passengers know the most basic info of when to depart from rest stops, a quick stop before border for currency exchange. Special tribute to Anna at customer service who helped me reschedule my travel through an emergency even at 2am, being really attentive throughout the journey via whatsapp and reply messages ridiculously quickly, necessary information for the journery (e.g., border procedures) provided in a precise and timely manner. Well deserved money earned through excellent service.

This company clearly value thrir customers. I travelled with them twice and the second experience was much better than the first because they actually responded to my feedback. The instructions are clear and tgey are quick to respond in a friendly manner on whatsapp. The bus drivers speak very little English but they are very helpful and look after you the whole time. All in all, a very well run company.

I was traveling from Yerevan Armenia to Georgia Tbilisi and I booked a minivan through Tripadvisor and I’m so happy that I booked this right because the van was very clean with beautiful music,very comfortable and affordable.the driver name was Valer he was almost a tour guide as well. He mentioned the cities and the villages that were passing through and always have a beautiful smile on his face.Thank you Valer for your beautiful drive and smile
