What an amazing experience! Our tour guide was Ahmed Halel and he was awesome super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond took us to extra stops to have a look at some local shops and even stopped at a bakery and grabbed us breakfast and bought us lots of water bottles. Our guide Osama was knowledgeable and courteous and ensured we saw the most important sites before the crowds. We also loved the boat! He was careful to ensure my mother was well and also gave us plenty of time to see everything. We did not feel rushed at all.

Best guide ever! Mina is brilliant, funny, knowledgeable, and an incredible storyteller. He made our private guided tour of the GEM an unforgettable experience.
