Om 9:30 uur leggen een chauffeur en Gids je alles uit in het busje. Hij haalt u op bij uw accommodatie om een verkennende excursie en een rondleiding door Marrakech per busje te beginnen. Het omvat : • Bezoeken aan de monumenten van Marrakech : paleizen, pleinen, graven, steegjes • Bezoeken aan ambachtelijke werkplaatsen : smeden, houtbewerkers, enz. • Bezoeken aan de beroemde tuinen : Majorel en Menara • Niet winkelen, op verzoek van de klant. Indien u een Gids tot uw dienst wenst, zal een extra vergoeding gevraagd worden, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid, bij ons agentschap.

Don’t buy if you’re looking for a guided tour. That’s a driver only. He just pick you up and bring to the places. There’s no introduction to any touristic place, no “historian art guide” at all! For the purpose I bought it was a waste of money. You’re left by your own. Zero information. Even to pick you up, if you don’t remember them, forget it! You not gonna get even a driver.
Incredible experience with Big Bus company excellent service good price. Thanks to Mr Najib and also a Special thanks to our lovely driver and guide Azeroul Mohamed a professional, friendly and helpful person with great knowledge always on time he made our trip pleasant and safe. I booked the tour hoping that I will be able to find out more about history of Marrakech. Unfortunately, l was left on my own, just with the driver. I found ot that only me booked that day the tour. The company had not informed me, that I will be without the guide and if I agree for it. The driver was extremely nice but it was not what I was expecting, specially that the company advertise itself as "Marrakech sightseeing guided tour". I was trying to contact company, but with no response whatever.
The worst and most laborious big bus tour on the planet. More than 3 hours from the stop by our hotel to the Majorelle Gardens, which takes 20 minutes by cab, plus headsets not working so no information. A total waste of half a day!

They use brand new 2019 Mercedez van. The van was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Driver was very helpful and drove very well. Greetings from Jakarta, Indonesia. xo.

We were on a 23hr layover. Felt like we got the true immersion experience in a short period. The guide was very attentive while maximizing exposure to the amazing cultural experience. The pick up drop off was fantastic. Rashid also called on our way out at 330am ti as he our safety. Would highly recommend.
We booked through trip advisor and got a last minute bargain. We were met at the correct pick up time by Sofian our lovely tour guide/driver, He was very chatty and told us all about our tour, the cultures, famous sights, on passing places he gave us a great knowledge of what things were, places and even age of places. We were thrilled taking in the information. We felt safe, he made sure we could contact him when we were coming out of the different places we were viewing. The tombs, palace, gardens, mosque. Passing the souks market, around the old and new town. Sofian had a great knowledge and spoke many languages fluently. Id definitely recommend this tour, was much cheaper than organising through our hotel, and we got our own private transport and guide. The car was extremely clean and sofian drove us around safely. Big thanks to him, from Michelle and the quiet man 😊
