Unfortunately, not a nice experience for me because I was extremely seasick and had to throw up 6 times, and unfortunately there were no dolphins that day either. Nevertheless, we were offered a free trip because we didn't see anything.
This was a good experience. The coach came on time for the pick up and it was a pleasant journey through the mountains to the marina to get the boat. The staff on the boat were very friendly and helpful. The sea was a bit rough and we travelled more that two hours before seeing some dolphins 🐬 It was a fantastic experience. This trip included a swim stop for those who wanted to take a quick swim for ten minutes before we headed back to the marina for disembarkation.
The experience was very good, because we had been looking for dolphins for almost two hours and the crew, beyond their duty, kept looking for them until we found them. Furthermore, despite being behind schedule, they fulfilled the promised "swim in the open sea," so my rating of the crew is a 10.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience for us. The sea conditions were extremely choppy, which made the trip very unpleasant. A number of passengers were struggling with seasickness and the staff were regularly handing out sick bags. To their credit, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and obviously the sea conditions are outside of their control. Unfortunately, we also didn’t see any dolphins. We appreciate that wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, but after such a difficult journey it added to the disappointment. On the return journey there was a planned swimming stop. From what we could see, nobody seemed particularly interested in stopping by that point — most passengers appeared to simply want to get back onto dry land. I also don’t recall being offered the “free soft drink” that was supposed to be included. At the end of the trip, a tip box was put out for passengers, which felt a little optimistic given the experience we had! There was also someone who boarded the boat offering photos of the trip, and we received a small plastic keyring as a souvenir. Thankfully, once we had recovered, our group could see the funny side of the day. However, I would strongly advise anyone considering this trip to think carefully about how well they cope with choppy sea conditions. If you know you suffer from seasickness — or simply don’t know how you’ll react — this may not be the trip for you. I appreciate that the operator cannot control the weather or guarantee dolphin sightings, and the staff themselves were pleasant. Unfortunately, the combination of the rough conditions, seasickness and no dolphin sightings meant this was not an enjoyable experience for us.
Excellent! Ivan and the entire crew made the trip an unforgettable experience for the children.
It was an incredible experience once in life time felt like. so amazing to watch them in their nature.
I thought there were too few sightings for so much time on the boat. But it was good.
Wonderful experience, we saw plenty of dolphins, great facilities on board, friendly staff and a great knowledgeable team, the were really caring to all in particular those that got a bit sea sick, overall fabulous afternoon. Thanks you.
It takes us 45 min to arrive at the cetacean site. On the way, we observe some flying fish! We admire 5-6 dolphins quite far from the boat. Then we head back! A lot of sick people on the boat...
It was a very hot day and you have to wait in a long line in the sun. The boat moves so much that no one can go get a drink. The best part was the captain, very friendly.
