Private tour in comfortable vehicle and with very kind driver. Eventually it becomes an opportunity to learn, from a local, aspects of local culture. The lake I think would have been more enjoyable in summer, but the advantage of taking the winter ride is to be among the fairytale views of the snow-capped waterfalls and appreciate, after taking the cable car, the view of the completely whitewashed mountain.

The Gabala Tufandag itinerary & tour was fantastic. The car was new, neat and clean and the guy stopped the vehicle as per our convenience as and when required. . He was proficient in English and explained the stops and venue in detail. It was really a nice unforgettable trip.

Tour organised was good. However, a word of caution for all tourists visiting Nohur lake. The boat operator takes 20 Manat per person for 15 mins ride, which is exorbitant and is a scam. For reference, 20 mins of cable car ride costs only 19 Manat. Another scam are the hotels, which take 10 % service charge on the bill. Service charge is not charged anywhere in Baku, even in fine dine restaurants on Nizami street.

It was a great Experience with MyBakuTours, I went with my family for a 7 days tour all settled up by them. Good hotel locations, airport pickup/drop, travelling to other cities, Baku city tours and much more and overall everything was great. Thanks for making my Azerbaijan visit perfect.

I therefore made the decision to travel, but I was unable to locate any reputable tour operators. Nevertheless, in my hunt, I came across this company's website, where I perused the tour package that included numerous stops. I sent a message to the provided phone, and MS. AYGUL responded, outlining all the services and details. I then made the decision to make some changes to our package, changing a few locations, and she also assisted me in finding a decent hotel. Following everything, we arrived in Baku at night, where we received our tour guide, Mr. ULVI who is such a nice and kind person. The following morning, Mr. ULVI picked us up from our hotel and took us on a tour of the Baku City, suggesting items we should buy and assisting us in interacting with the proprietors of the local shops. We had a great time every day as the days went by. Then, on the day we were returning to Dubai, we headed to the airport. The man at the check-in counter informed us the flight is delay. Mr. ULVI stayed with us at the airport, keeping in touch with his team to find out any updates on our flight. He stayed till we told him to go because it was becoming late. After a few hours we found out that our flight had been cancelled for two days. Subsequently, MS.AYGUL messaged me to inquire about the status of our flight. I laid out the entire scenario for her. Immediately, she has arranged the hotel and vehicle to pick up from the airport. We are really grateful to MS. AYGUL for her assistance, and she is the most considerate tour guide we have ever had. Even at midnight, she was able to respond to my texts in less than a minute. She responded patiently and kindly to each of my messages. She handled the operation of our tour really well, making sure we had no problems. She responds promptly and politely to any inquiries you may have at any time. Finding a tour operator such as MS.AYGUL is nearly impossible. Thus, we are really grateful. She assisted us from the beginning to the finish of the tour and even after it was over. I have travelled to many countries, but I have never encountered a tour guide as polite and kind as Mr. ULVI. In his work, he exudes professionalism. He gave extensive explanations on each location we visited. Every time we visited a local business owner, he provided us with language assistance. He also responded to our messages right away. He is often playing with my children and is really lovely. I also thank Mr. ULVI for his invaluable assistance.

Excellent tour package suggested by Ms.Ayngul. She has lot of patience and she guided us in every tour package when we were planning.We got a well maintained vehicle for a family of 4, and it was a 7-day trip. Our sincere appreciation and thanks to Mr.Kamran for being with us in all these days driving vehicle and also guiding us. We are truly amazed and admired to see the way he was driving vehicles in the tough and rough roads like Khinaliq village trips and other places. Had a great experience with My Baku Tours. From airport pickup to drop off to airport the whole experience was smooth.Was provided was a private car and drive who was with us during our 5 days stay. Took us to all famous tourist spots in Azerbaijan. Felt very safe and the whole travelling experience was so comfortable.Driver was also very experienced and kind and knew all the locations well.It was a overall a very good experience with My baku tours and I would highly recommend them.
