Volledige dagtour. na anderhalf uur rijden langs natuurlijke landschappen met je Camantours medellin professionele gids, kom je naar el peñol om het fascinerende verhaal te ontdekken van de stad die op het midden van het meer ligt. het dichtst bij de hemel zal de volgende zijn, wanneer je de bijna 700 treden van de El Peñol-rots oploopt, die je een beeld van de regio biedt. Als eindbestemming is er de stad Zocalo of Guatape, een geweldige plek om te lunchen en een aangename wandeling door dit levendige dorp te maken en te ontspannen rondom het rustgevende meer.

of we halen u op bij uw hotel om onze roadtrip naar de gemeente El Peñol te beginnen, gelegen op 69 kilometer van de stad Medellín, waar we onze eerste stop maken van de replica van de "oude Peñol", een stad die onder water stond om plaats te maken voor de enorme hydro-elektrische dam die 2.260 hectare water heeft, stap op een avontuurlijke boot (Ticket niet inbegrepen) om door dit ongelooflijke meer te navigeren en de mooiste landschappen en toeristische attracties te zien, zoals Pablo Escobar "la Manuela" boerderij, de boottocht, we gaan naar de gigantische rots van de Peñol die 220 meter hoog is en zijn 740 treden leidt naar een van de beste uitzichten ter wereld, dan gaan we naar de gemeente Guatape, waar u gefascineerd zult zijn door zijn Kleurrijke huizen en hun vriendelijke mensen, we bezoeken het "plein van zocalos" en de promenade van Guatape.

Camilo was amazing. I started off my day with the airline losing my luggage but Camilo made me forget about that. He is patient, does all the small details, and really looks out for his group. I would 100% recommend.

Camantours offers an excellent tour to Guatape, the reservoir, and the rock. Our guide was Camilo, who is perfectly prepared and friendly. The tour is very comprehensive, and you are allowed to move at your own pace without rush or pressure. It is highly recommended.
I had a great tour with Joshua. Joshua picked me up promptly from my hotel in Laureles. He was very friendly and easy to talk to… and as a Spanish student, he was nice enough to keep the whole tour in Spanish, even though I could tell his English is good. I saw El Peñol, and climbed all 714 steps. Well worth the climb as the view is spectacular. Then we went to Guatape township and took a walk through and around. Finally we finished up with a lunch in the township where I tried the local trout and it was great. We got back almost exactly after 8 hours. I would recommend this trip and the tour company.
