Full-Day Constantia Wine Tour vanuit Kaapstad

Meighan was our guide and she was truly amazing. So knowledgeable about wine and made sure we had the best experience all day! She shared so many insights and anecdotes and really made this day the wonderful experience that it was. The wine was also excellent!!

I had such an incredible day with Meighan as my guide. We visited Steenberg, Groot and Klein Constantia, in that order. Each winery was lovely, with incredible wines, storied history and beautiful grounds. Klein was the stand-out for me, as their wines were my favorite (I purchased several bottles) and the 3-course lunch was superb and one of my favorites meals of the trip. Meighan also made everything feel seamless. She sent me messages in the weeks and days leading up to the tour to assure me all was in order, arrived promptly the day of, and all arrangements for each stop well planned and executed. She was also a blast to hang out with, and so knowledgeable about the history Constantia region, the wines, the vineyards and Cape Town in general. As a solo female traveler, I was a bit apprehensive about booking a tour which centered on alcohol. Meighan made me completely comfortable so I could just relax and immerse myself in the experience. If you’re looking for a high-touch experience, I very much recommend this tour!

Blake and his team never disappoint! Every time I am in Cape Town, we use them. We had a great time. Their knowledge of the wine farms, the areas and overall Cape Town is excellent, you always learn something new. On top of that, they are just lovely people to engage with and really do every tour with a smile!! They organise everything, you just have to pitch and drink some wine. See you next time, guys! Thoroughly can recommend this wine trip - great host. Lovely wines, fabulous lunch at Klein and stunning views. Most memorable day with family.

This company was a NOSHO! Never replied to my texts and emails when they stood me up, refund done and no communication! Horrible! I believe they were not operating when I was booked. Nobody following up on their bookings, NEVER AGAIN! Luckily I had already been to GROOT CONSTANTIA! Not to mention that they don't advertise which wineries they are taking you to and to boot, it's one of the MOST expensive wine tours!!!!!!!!!!!! LACK OF RESPECT!

They were a no show. Booked days in advance. Zero communication beforehand from them and they did not answer phone calls, emails, texts, nothing the morning of. They wasted my day/time on vacation and are still holding on to my money.

Blake was the man!!!!!! Literally one of the best days I’ve had in Cape Town so far, and all thanks to him! Highly recommended booking this tour, especially if you love learning about wine !

Blake and Luke showed my wife and I a great time in Constantia. Blake has vast knowledge of not only wine and Constantia, but of the rich history of the region as well. The tastings were amazing, the lunch was 5 stars and the last stop was the cherry on top! Great wine tasting options and a view that was made in heaven. Thanks Blake, you and Luke made our trip one to remember.

We booked onto the the full day tour and I cannot recommend it enough. We were picked up from our hotel and it turned out we were the only two people on the tour. Leon,our guide,was quick to let us know that if we want to stop anywhere for photos or know about anything, to ask and he would stop and or answer our questions. We started off at Groot, and Leon shared so much knowledge and it was clear to see that he is passionate about wine; the process,people and product. The tasting was great and we both left with a couple of bottles. The next stop we had a delicious lunch were the staff were very friendly. Again, We left with more wine after our tasting! The final stop was another beautiful vineyard and Alba our wine guide was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was a fantastic day and I cannot recommend Leon and the tour enough. We both came back very happy, full of wine, and lots of recommendations of wines to drink, places for dinner and things to do.

<p>Fantastic tour with Blake and Brandon! We loved hearing the history about the oldest wineries in South Africa as well as our superior wine tastings and tours. Lunch was a 2 entree 5 star experience, wine included. Our hosts also took the time to take my husband to a pharmacy for meds to combat a stomach bug. Highly recommend!</p>
