Het is van belang de volgende instructies op te volgen : Gelieve bij het verzamelpunt, Hostal Transilvania, te zijn om 8:50 uur, kom naar binnen en laat een van de medewerkers weten dat u wacht om opgehaald te worden voor de jungle trip. Routebeschrijving: 1. Ongeveer 2 en een half uur rijden. 2. Wandel ongeveer 45 minuten in de jungle, je krijgt informatie over traditionele planten en je krijgt de kans om de liaan te oefenen (doe als tarzan). 3. We bezoeken Waterval Hola Vida, waar je in kunt zwemmen. 4. Ongeveer 15 - 20 minuten kanoën in de rivier 5. Bezoek de Indiase gemeenschap, 1.50$ per persoon. we zullen de "Selvatana" beoefenen, en wat chicha (typisch Indiaas drankje) proberen. mensen uit de Indiase gemeenschap zullen je gezicht beschilderen met krijgersmotieven, we zullen getuige zijn van een typische Indiase dans. 6. Uitzichtpunt waar je alle jungle om je heen kunt zien, en kunt genieten van een grote schommel. 6. Je bezoekt een plek waar je het proces van chocolade maken van cacaobonen kunt zien. 7. Terug in Baños ongeveer om 20:00.

We bezoeken de waterval Hola Vida, waar je in kunt zwemmen. Daarna zouden we ongeveer 15-20 minuten kanoën in de rivier. Later zouden we de Indiase gemeenschap bezoeken, hier kun je enkele gedomesticeerde jungledieren zien, 1,50 $ per persoon. we zullen de "Selvatana" oefenen en wat chicha (typisch Indiaas drankje) proberen. mensen uit de Indiase gemeenschap zullen je gezicht beschilderen met krijgersmotieven, we zullen getuige zijn van een typisch Indiase dans. Daarna lopen we naar een uitkijkpunt waar je de jungle om je heen kunt zien en genieten van een grote schommel. Later bezoek je een plek waar je het proces kunt zien van het maken van chocolade van cacaobonen. In dit gebied groeien cacaovruchten. daarna beginnen we onze weg terug naar Baños, ongeveer. aankomsttijd 20.00 uur.

This tour was Great fun. We walked in the jungle, and swam in a waterfall. The guide was nice and told us many things about plants and animals. We also visited a local Indian community and learned about their life. The canoe ride was nice. It was a long day packed with lots of interesting activites, highly recommended!

It is a great day ! Like most trips having small change is useful. Many activities for one day it was non stop. During the canoe ride most stayed very dry....not ours. I should have left my phone with my bag and wore the rubber boats provided.

We selected the full day Jungle tour by recommendation of our hotel. We wanted a small group, there were five of us. The service was great, the equipment was in good shape and met our needs. We had to pay in cash, so be prepared. The driver was careful and met our needs for bathroom breaks. The guide knew good English, and told us a lot about the jungle, we managed to see a lot considering it is only one day, we loved the lunch and most of all the Indian village experience, highly recommended!

Great option to see a little of the Ecuadorian Jungle, it was only one day, but there were lots of things to do and see, the guide spoke English and was very knowlodgable, we had a great time, thank you pablo for this great experience.

Booked an English tour. I was the only person who spoke English. It wasn't terrible got to practice my Spanish but feel like I missed out on a lot of info. Just about every place offers this same tour. I would recommend booking through your hostel rather than through here.

I booked the tour because it says in three separate places that the guide will be bilingual. It turns out my guide and everyone else on the tour only spoke Spanish. I had no idea what was going on and was unable to learn anything about the jungle or indigenous people because of the language barrier. I was also unprepared for all activities because I couldn’t understand the instructions. They take you to cool places, but If you don’t speak Spanish well and being able to communicate with the guide and fellow travelers is important to you I’d suggest you look elsewhere.
We do have an English speaking guide, by mistake you ended up with the Spanish speaking group, we would make sure this would not happen again Thank you for the review, safe and Happy travel
I really enjoyed the Full Day Jungle Tour! Our tour guide was amazing (one of the best I have ever had in my life), and the schedule of the day worked quite well. I had a lot of fun, I felt safe the whole time, and I highly recommend this tour for anybody in or near Baños!

This trip was excellent value for money. I really wanted to get to see the Amazon while I was in Ecuador but couldn't afford to do a multi-day trip so I was really happy to find this one-day jungle tour. From the 'rope of death' to the visit to the Yasuni village, canoeing on the river and making chocolate, there's something for everyone. Highly recommended!
