We loved the tour with Sabrina, very attentive, great service, conversation and gave us great recommendations for our stay
Good if you're first time and like everything served on a plate. Organization was good, but the walk through Pompeii was a bit fast, another hour would be better, as you only see part of the city. Same with Vesuvious, another half an hour would be nice. Guides were great.
Overall, the trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius was a very good experience. Everything was well organized, and I would recommend the tour. One small suggestion would be to allow a little more time at Mount Vesuvius, as I felt the visit there was a bit rushed. The only thing I did not really appreciate was the situation at lunch. I understand that the tour description mentioned that pizza was included and did not state that drinks were included. However, when we sat down, we were simply asked what we would like to drink (water or soft drinks), without being told that these would be charged separately. Only when we were leaving were we asked to pay for them. The issue is not the price of the drinks, but the lack of clear communication. If I had known that drinks were not included, I might have chosen something else, such as a cappuccino instead of water. It would have been better to clearly inform guests beforehand that drinks were available at an additional cost. Apart from this small issue, we enjoyed the excursion and had a very good experience overall.

Beautiful experience! Sabrina accompanied us throughout the day on the bus, organizing the various stops between Vesuvius and Pompeii to perfection, always kind, precise, and attentive to making us respect the schedule without stress. On-site, we then had very knowledgeable specific guides, who explained both the volcano and the archaeological excavations in detail. Overall, a very well-organized day; I recommend it to those who want to live this experience without logistical worries.

Tuttavia, ci sorprende leggere che abbiate avuto a disposizione solamente un’ora e mezza, perché siamo in contatto diretto con la nostra guida durante il tour e conosciamo gli orari e lo svolgimento dell’escursione. Ci dispiace quindi se avete avuto questa percezione e vi ringraziamo comunque per il vostro feedback.
Well organized, always on time and ensures that none of the group is left behind. Explanation of Sabrina is perfectly understandable, she is friendly and makes an effort to speak proper English. The driver also did very well. The road to Mount Vesuvius is very narrow and winding, but Giuseppe drove through it easily. In short, we definitely recommend this trip.
