De start van Chefchaouen trip is om 8:00 uur waar we vertrekken vanuit Fez richting Chefchaouen.
De Sidi Chahed OR dam Chahed zal onze eerste stop van de dag zijn, waar we een 15 minuten stop hebben om foto's te maken en door de souvenirwinkels te wandelen... Na enige tijd via onze route, heb je een stop voor 20 minuten in een van de cafés om te ontbijten en jezelf te verfrissen...
Bij aankomst in Chefchaouen heeft u ongeveer 4 uur de tijd om de straten van dit schilderachtige stadje in de medina te verkennen, u heeft natuurlijk een gids die de hoogtepunten van de stad uitlegt en daarna kunt u rondlopen. Ontdek de lokale winkels en cafés, het centrale plein bekend als Plaza Uta el-Hammam, de Kasbah Museum behorende tot de vroege 18e eeuw, de Grote Moskee en misschien de Ras Elma rivier die door de oude stad loopt. U kunt ook een bezoek brengen aan het Etnografisch Museum dat muziekinstrumenten, oude wapens en foto's van de oude stad bevat. In de middag, rond 17H00 brengen we u terug naar Fez. Drive from Fez was really bumpy. We enjoyed the final attraction. Took lots of pictures. We had a good lunch at the foot hills of mountain next to small waterfall. Food was great, actually best so far in Our trip. Surprisingly not expensive.
The lady in tour tour office sold me the tour for 200 Dirham. She was friendly and spoke well enough english. The tour was 4 hour driving each way from Fes with rest stop. At Chefchaouen were parked on a street at noon and told to be here at 4pm but no direction on where we were or where to find the old town so we had to figure that out. 4 hours is probably more than enough to walk around and have lunch. 4 hour ride back with half hour stop was quite long. Otherwise good trip.

We took a day trip from Fes to Chefchaouen with this agency on board a 17-seat van. Schedules were adhered to precisely and breaks en route were well organized. The vehicle was functional, with USB sockets available. The only negative point was the state of the bus, which was quite dusty inside. Overall, a reliable and practical service to move between cities.
The trip to Chefchaouen was great, well organised and compared to other tour also had a good price. I would recommend it :)

Sara of the Tourist Office “Travelers to Marocco” (situated in the medina of Fez) is a very helpful, friendly, calm and honest employee. She communicates in French and English, and informs you eagerly through WhatsApp, even outside the office hours. I'm sure her knowledge of English gets better every day.
