Fietstocht door Rio – stranden en lagune
Beschrijving
Sla de typische bustochten over en verken de beroemde stranden van Rio tijdens een fietstocht van 4 uur. Fiets in een ontspannen tempo over de fietspaden van de stad met een deskundige gids die onderweg stopt om inzichten te delen. Begin vanaf Windsor Plaza Copacabana en fiets richting Ipanema en stop bij de Arpoador-rots voor een panoramische foto van de prachtige kustlijn. Fiets verder over de gehele lengte van het strand van Ipanema, bekend om zijn schoonheid en levendige sfeer. Wijzig vervolgens de route richting de Rodrigo de Freitas-lagune en fiets door de wijken in het zuiden van Rio. Omcirkel de lagune en geniet van het mooie uitzicht en de schilderachtige omgeving. Keer terug naar het strandfietspad en fiets richting het uitkijkpunt Leblon. Geniet hier van een verfrissend kokoswater terwijl u geniet van het fantastische uitzicht. Ga ten slotte terug naar Copacabana, met een stop bij Arpoador Rock op zonnige dagen om de tour te voltooien. Deze tour biedt een unieke manier om de beroemde stranden en schilderachtige plekjes van Rio te ervaren, en biedt zowel ontspanning als avontuur.

The bike tour of Rio was an exhilarating way to see Rio. Our guide, Heloisa, was energetic and informative. You'll be able to see the various beaches and decide which ones you want to go back to in order to go swimming or take in the view. We highly recommend this tour!

Excellent, I went with some insecurity because of the topic that everyone talks about robberies and so on, and the truth that nothing happened, I was 9 days, I went everywhere, by bike, by uber, walking and very nice everything.

I think 7 hours was a little long, and I think it could have been done in 5 hours. Happy with the guide and visit!

Marco took us on a great ride through the various areas as specified. We followed bike paths most of the time, it was mainly flat riding and he kept us safe. He explained the sites, answered our questions and stopped for photos. Very helpful and good fun despite being a very hot day.

Interesting route and stops, very good guide on the other hand I did not always feel safe during the excursion in the urban part the route is winding with some tricky crossings and the equipment is outdated Given the proven risks of falls, the provision of a helmet, at least optional, is an absolute necessity.

This was the perfect way to see the city! DO THIS TOUR EARLY IN YOUR STAY!!!!! We waited until the last days of our visit and we wish we’d have done it early on. A great exposure and overview of the city! MARCO was our guide and he was fantastic! He explained so much about the various areas and gave us restaurant suggestions in each area of the city! Schedule multiple tours in multiple areas! We did the 4 hour downtown and Botofogo tour starting in Copacabana Beach.

We always try to do bike tours when seeing g a new city. It’s the best pace to sightsee and visit multiple sights. Having a local tour guide who knows where to go and what to see is the way to go. The group is capped at 7 which makes it more intimate. It was a warm day but riding in shady areas with a breeze made it bearable. I’d pay attention to the forecast and bring water (although there are multiple apps on the way you can purchase beverages. Also don’t forget the Sun block. Riding by the many beaches of Rio was great, but pay attention to the traffic on the city streets. Plenty of bumps in the road and unpredictable traffic can ruin a day. Overall, a great way to spend 1/2 a day in Rio and get some exercise in.

We love the pace of seeing sites on a bike. Navigating on the streets of Rio can be dicey if you don’t know your way around with traffic. The city is mostly flat but roads can get bumpy. It was a great way to move around the neighborhoods and get some exercise in too. Make sure to put on sunscreen and bring some water with you.
It was a great experience, meet some new people along the way, Marco was very informative and took his time to explain the key areas of the city.
