** Fayoum Oasis Desert Adventure vanuit Caïro** Uw dag begint om 8.00 uur met ophalen bij uw hotel in het centrum van Caïro of Gizeh. De tour eindigt rond 16.00 uur. Ontsnap aan de stad en ontdek de rustige schoonheid van Fayoum Oasis, gelegen op ongeveer 100 km van Caïro. Deze unieke bestemming biedt een prachtige mix van woestijnzand en prachtige meren - perfect voor ontspanning, meditatie en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet van de frisse lucht bij het meer van Qarun en spot met wat geluk trekvogels langs de oever. Ga verder naar Wadi El Rayan om de enige natuurlijke watervallen van Egypte te zien en geniet van het adembenemende landschap. Ga dan naar het beschermde gebied van Ras El Hitan, waar je kunt zandboarden op de gouden duinen. Bezoek ten slotte de berg Al Modawara voor een panoramisch uitzicht op de Fayoum Oasis voordat u terugkeert naar Caïro. - - -

We gaan naar de stad Fayoum, we duiken in het lokale Egyptische leven. We wandelen door dorpen waar je het dagelijkse leven van de Egyptenaren op het platteland ziet. we zullen zien hoe mensen leven en werken en hoe ze hun lokale Egyptische brood bakken. Wandelend door de velden zie je boeren hun land bewerken, lokale restaurants, we zien de boeren met hun dieren, ezels, schapen en koeien. Onderweg nemen we een bedoeïenen thee. onderweg zien we het meer van Qaroon, dan gaan we naar de woestijn om de vallei van Rayan te verkennen en de waterval te zien.

Wow, wow wow! Is how I would describe this tour. The calmness and beauty of the desert is indescribable. We experienced feeding the birds on the water and a fantastic lunch prepared perfectly and served on a traditional tent in comfort after a fun filled day! Thank you Amon Ra Tours. This was an amazing experience! My tour guide roma made me feel very welcome and explained everything really well! The views were great and the food was really yummy. They also give you the autonomy to explore at your own pace, overall 10/10 experience and would recommend to everyone!

I would definitely recommend this experience. I got to row a boat, sandboard on the dunes, and climb a mountain. You will not be disappointed and you will walk away having had a full day of activities. As someone who wanted a female guide, Roma was great in explaining the various locations and their history and was kind in helping me navigate the area.

“We had a great day with Amany, she was super friendly and helpful. She explained us daily life in egypt and even guided us to other places outside of the original tour. Fayoum is an amazing place that seems almost unreal. We had all the lake and dunes for ourselfs which was a great change to the hustle in cairo. The food was also very good and the driver fun. I would recommend this tour 100%, it felt special and like something not so touristy.”

We had a beautiful day with Amany (guide) and Mohamed (driver). They were both excellent, warm, friendly and accommodating. Amany taught us a lot about Fayoum and Egyptian culture in general. Fayoum is a unique place with beautiful views and lots to see. Well worth the trip!

This place was so tranquil and unlike any place I have every seen. The waterfall and Lake Qarun are amazingly beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. The lunch provided was delicious! And the sand boarding was so much fun! Do this excursion with Amon Ra Tours!
