Wij zorgen voor elk detail om uw ervaring compleet te maken, door samen te werken met de beste gidsen, uitstekende voertuigen en de beste chauffeurs, waarbij veiligheid altijd voorop staat. We zoeken naar de beste momenten om grote mensenmassa's te vermijden. Deze service is volledig privé en aanpasbaar; u heeft de mogelijkheid om de wandelingen te wijzigen. Op de dag van de zeiltocht, na afloop van de zeilactiviteiten, kunnen ze genieten van een heerlijke lunch in het Grey Hotel. Op de dagen dat we gaan wandelen, zorgen we voor heerlijke lunchpakketten met vegetarische, kip- of vleesopties, en na elke wandeling staan er warme en koude dranken voor u klaar. Het is belangrijk dat u ons laat weten of u dieetbeperkingen heeft en dat u minimaal 3 dagen van tevoren reserveert, zodat we alles goed kunnen regelen. Elke dag van de tour halen we u op bij onze accommodatie in een huisje in blokhutstijl tussen Ulmos en Lengas in Puerto Natales, of bij de appartementen van Cumbres Apart, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid op het moment van boeking. BELANGRIJK: Houd er rekening mee dat de Grey-cruise tussen mei en augustus slechts drie keer per week vertrekt, namelijk op maandag, woensdag en zaterdag. Deze service omvat de toegangsprijzen voor het park, de toegangsprijzen voor de Milodon-grotten en een ticket voor een boottocht met een Grey-veerboot. Inclusief lunchpakket op de eerste en derde dag van de tour; op de tweede zeildag is de lunch in het Grey Hotel. Mocht de zeiltocht door harde wind worden geannuleerd, dan zullen wij het betaalde bedrag contant aan de reizigers terugbetalen. Thank you to Maritza, Freddy, and Valentina for such an amazing and special experience! The whole team went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Highly recommend this agency for an intimate trip with local experts who truly make you feel so welcomed and like family. The team has a strong expertise with the Torres del Paine national park, and shared so much knowledge on the wildlife, ecology, and history of the area. They knew the best spots for views and photos. The apartment had a beautiful view of the lake, and the team provided us with everything we needed. It was also located in an ideal spot in Puerto Natales, walkable to all many enjoyable bars and restaurants. Valentina was an amazing and knowledgeable tour guide who customized our itinerary to our needs. The team made us feel so safe and comfortable the entire trip, and we highly recommend booking them for your next adventure!

We went on three days of Torres del Paine small group tours with Freddy (driver) and Kris (tour guide) - Grey Navigation + Mylodon's Cave, Active Full Day and Trekking Lake Weber Lake Toro Viewpoint. Both Freddy and Kris are former Torres deal Paine park rangers, so they know everything about the park (including the location of every restroom in the park) as well as the people who work at the park, which is very helpful. Entre Ulmos y Lengas recommended the two hikes for us based on the level of difficulty that we were seeking (moderate) and the itinerary that they developed for us was perfect for our group. Kris would also make sure that the hikes were at a pace that fit everyone in the group so no one would get left behind or overly tired. Communication prior to our trip was easy and frequent through WhatsApp and they were able to answer all of our questions beforehand. I would definitely use their services again.
Muchas gracias por confiar en nuestros servicios, y dejarnos tus comentarios los cuales son muy importante para poder fidelizar con futuros clientes, hemos pensado en 3 días para que puedan aprovechar la entrada mínima al Parque y a demás tener la opción de un cuarto día y dar a conocer senderos poco frecuentados como es Lazo - Weber haciendo que su experiencia sea realmente única. Buscamos horarios diferentes para no juntarnos con la mayoría de la masa que vistan a diarios los senderos mas iconos y de esta manera le damos mas privacidad a quienes nos prefieren. Cabe destacar que si bien Fredy y Kris no han sido guardaparques, si llevan mas de 20 años prestando servicio turísticos tanto dentro y fuera del Parque lo cual los hace conocedores del territorio, su gente, flora, Fauna, tradiciones, cultura ancestrales y actual. Gracias por darnos la oportunidad de darles a conocer parte de nuestra bella Patagonia.
Between Ulmos and Lengas made our visit to southern Chile incredible. They provided accommodation, accommodated excursions to our wishes and made sure we had everything we needed. Also highlight the good guides (especially Polo) who accompanied us were very friendly and patient, as well as creating a relaxed atmosphere among the hikers who finished dinner together in Puerto Natales.
