Our original driver never showed up and the agency sent us a new driver in a vehicle that really did not have enough room.
The Driver was very good but trying to reach the company about making changes to the trip forget about it. They do not leave a number to call and when you email the company no response.
Our driver was timely and even came a little earlier at our request. His car was clean. He was very polite and kind.

I made the reservation the day before I needed the transport expecting to be declined due to lack of time or a full schedule for the drivers. The appointment was made online and seemed ready. I was really somewhat expecting to be skunked on the pick up. But sure enough the driver showed up exactly on time to my hotel in Portugal to a perfect drop off at the Lisbon airport. Very well done.

We had an early morning flight out of Lisbon and we booked with Viator on line. It was super easy! Our driver was right on time, super polite and was so smart to avoid the traffic at the airport by dropping us off at arrivals rather than departures as the traffic was stacked up. He told us exactly where to go to drop our luggage and we were on our way with plenty of time. I would highly recommend Viator for you transfer or tour needs!
