Spring vanaf het centraal station van Innsbruck op de Swarovski Crystal Worlds shuttlebus om je kristalervaring te beginnen. Ontdek de Crystal Cloud, een van de beste functies, bestaande uit zo'n 800.000 met de hand gemonteerde kristallen - echt een lust voor het oog. Bekijk de Chambers of Wonder en ontdek de magie van kristal in een dimensie die nog nooit eerder is gezien. Bezoek de tuin van de Giant en zie de unieke kunstinstallaties, en als je kinderen hebt, vind je de speeltoren en het innovatieve buitenspeeltuinlandschap, waar er genoeg ruimte is om te spelen en te klimmen, ten zuiden van de Giant. Als u een hapje wilt eten, bezoekt u het café en het restaurant bij de tuinen, die uitzicht bieden op het omliggende landschap (op eigen kosten). Als je klaar bent om te vertrekken, neem je de shuttle terug naar Innsbruck. Van 29 november 2019 tot 6 januari 2020 is het bekroonde Light Festival inbegrepen in het toegangsticket.

We did the VIP tour and it was hands down worth the experience. I have so much more of an appreciation for all of the care, artistry and creativity that goes into the creation of all the beautiful pieces at Swarovski. Our VIP guide was Marion who has been with Swarovski for over 20 years and she knows it all. Such a warm, welcoming and informative experience. We saw parts of the Manufactur that even many employees have never seen. This tour only started being run in May 2026 and so it was truly a special experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Beautiful museum! We rode the shuttle from Innsbruck both directions. It was a crowded but nice ride. We also enjoyed the restaurant on the grounds. Great day for teens and grandparents!
Very nice experience, only that upon arrival they showed me the entrance of the Viator app and they told me that it was not the entrance, in short, something confusing as they show the entrance on Viator.
Had a fantastic visit on May 18, 2026! The transfer shuttle was great. The driver was friendly and he played good music (we sat at the front) The crystal exhibits, artistic lighting, and immersive displays are truly mesmerising. We ended our perfect day shopping at the Swarovski store and eating a good meal at the restaurant. Key Info: We booked online via their direct site. Standard adult entry was €25, though you can upgrade to a €49 VIP package for lounge access and a personalised crystal gift. The entire experience took about 2 hours (including food). It was not crowded at all, and while anyone who likes crystals will be obsessed, the exhibits are incredibly entertaining for everyone. Highly recommended!

I returned for the second time after 7 years but it was worth it really nice, my 16-year-old daughter was on seventh sky.Ample parking and with a beautiful garden.

The visit begins unusually: Right at the beginning, a Dalí clock that doesn't make an effort to be on time. Afterwards we go underground through the gully of a giant, through the wonder chambers of the Swarovski crystal worlds. The rooms are very different – sometimes cool and sparkling, sometimes quiet and almost meditative. Some invite you to stop, others unfold on the side. I found it particularly nice how natural it is to look here. Children playfully move through the rooms, adults do the same. Without hustle and bustle, without a fixed drain. What I liked: You don’t have to understand or “work through” anything. It's enough to be there, to look, to let yourself drift. I often forgot my audio guide simply because the moment was just enough.

We only had 1 day in Innsbruck and we chose to go to Swarovski. I didn't find much. If I had explored the city it would ⁇ have been a better day.

My recommendations are to avoid this. Not much to see. Bus driver took us for granted and refused entry to bus while returning whereas we have paid for both ways. He doesn’t speak English and you are breaking your head against a wall. We ended uo paying ticket price. But we were later informed that in case you have bought something, the receipt can be shown to driver. Its better to spend half a day in other activities at Innsbruck than investing here
