Excelente this experience… really excellent. But I will take advantage of this channel since I have no other way to inform you I only the first time, I had a bad experience with the company, specifically with the taxi you assigned me this time from the Tower London Hotel to the airport H, the assigned driver never answered my calls or texts. I had to contact another phone number listed in the communication options, and I almost missed my flight from another country. Use a hotel taxi for the first time… Almost all I use Viator. They told me they would refund the money I paid to Viator plus the fine for the incident, but they didn't. It was a very bad experience, and it's unfortunate because I've been traveling with Viator for years, and nothing like this has ever happened before. I recommend analyzing and correcting these kinds of situations to avoid losing customers and recommendations.

However, after carefully reviewing our system, we would like to clarify that we did not receive or operate a return booking from The Tower Hotel to the airport under your name or reference. According to our records, no return journey was assigned to our company on that date. It appears that the return transfer may have been booked with a different provider.we kindly recommend verifying the supplier details shown on your booking confirmation, as multiple transport companies operate through the same platform. We completely understand how stressful airport transfer issues can be, especially when travelling internationally, and we are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. Our driver, Mario, was one-time, had a very comfortable car and was very professional. We traveled in rush hour traffic and Mario got us to Gatwick safely.

Booking was excellent and very smooth. I did it over the phone from Canada and the agent who helped me was excellent. Very helpful and made the booking seamless. On the day of pick up from the airport everything went smoothly and just as planned they provided me with car seat and a booster seat for my two children. We had to wait a few minutes for the driver to arrive. The only negative thing I have to say was that the driver took the longer route to our destination which resulted in a long drive which was tedious for my young kids after a long haul flight the driver should be more attentive in ensuring that passengers arrive quickly and be efficient. We found out from friends and family that he took the longer route, possibly to save the toll expense via the congestion charge route however this resulted in a 1 hour ten minute drive turning to 2.5hours!! This is the driver's fault and not the company but the company should ensure to train their drivers to take the best possible route.

My pick-up for Gatwick Airport was punctual, and the driver Ahmed provided a pleasant and safe trip. He also accompanied and guided me up to the appropriate departure terminal, for which I am very grateful. It is service such as this which determines for choice of travel for the customer, and I intend to use MiniCabRide on all future trips to and from UK.
