Als Passagiers bij ons boeken, krijgen zij ook deze aanvullende diensten; Meet & Greet: We bieden een meet & greet-service aan voor het ophalen van de luchthaven vanuit de aankomsthallen. Vluchtbewaking: we houden toezicht op de vluchten en beheren de pick-ups dienovereenkomstig. In geval van vertragingen in de vlucht sturen we de chauffeurs dienovereenkomstig. Gratis wachttijd: Alle luchthavenklanten krijgen één uur gratis wachten vanaf de landing van de vlucht of 30 minuten gratis wachten vanaf de gewenste ophaaltijd. Onze chauffeurs zijn vriendelijk en beheersen de Engelse taal goed. Wij houden onze voertuigen altijd netjes zodat de passagiers een prettige reis hebben.

I was traveling by myself to Malaga Spain but had to transfer airports from London Heathrow to Gatwick. My driver communicated with me thru What’s App and met me. I was nervous having to do this transfer but mini cab made it easy and I will use them in the future when I visit London again. This entire process was stress free and I am thankful for mini cab and my driver making it so easy.

The taxi company text to say the driver was on his way, the moment the plane landed. We only had hand baggage and were at the meeting point before the driver. Wherein confusion reigned, as we were sent an another text describing the taxi and its Registration, causing us to think we had to go outside and missing our driver in the process. He text us and redirected us back inside and the rest was straight forward.

My driver was swift but safe. He knew I had a connection and got me there in plenty of time while never weaving or speeding. He took my bags, got out of the car and helped me unload, and had moments where we talked and others where we enjoyed the quiet. The car was clean and a good temperature. Also dispatch was very responsive and gave me updates every step of the way. I told them where I was and what I was wearing and the driver found me easily without me having to wonder or worry.
