The transfer never showed up. We tried to call the number you gave us and the message said number not available. We need a refund. We called a taxi and spent 20.00 more than transfer cost.

Miguel DID NOT show up to pick us up from the airport to our hotel. Did not even contact us to let us know that he wasn’t going to make it. We had to find a transfer at the airport. Please do not book him. Not reliable.
Reserved an airport transfer at least a few days ahead of time. Our card was charged 2 days before our trip. Miguel DID NOT SHOW UP at all nor did he communicate that he wasn’t going to make it. He made our airport transfer stressful coming from a long flight. We don’t recommend. Unreliable.
Communication starting from the date I reserved right through pick up was excellent! Had questions prior to my arrival and they were very responsive. When we landed I reached out and they provided very detailed instructions on how to meet my driver. The van was very clean, the driver very friendly and ride to the hotel was fast. Highly recommend them and look forward to using them again going home.

Everything was well organized, I received constant updated over WhatsUp for my driver and schedule. Did not waist vacation time to deal with transportation.
