Ga op een boeiende reis van Kanazawa naar het betoverende UNESCO-werelderfgoed Shirakawa-go, een pittoresk dorpje in het hart van Japan. Although slightly more expensive than the train to Takayama, the journey is half of the fun and the scenery is beautiful. The bright yellow bus was easy to spot at the terminal.
Efficient and smooth This is an amazing way to get from Kanazawa to Takayama. There's no need to do luggage forwarding as there's plenty of space in the bus. The stop at shirakawago was perfect. There's enough time to explore, quick shopping, and grab a bite or two.
Driver was friendly. Trip was just as advertised, well planned and it sticked to its promised timetable. Would totally recommend, specially when going directly to Takayama, it allows for a small stop (but totally worth it) to Shirakawa-go

We cannot fault the driver for his professional approach, however, due to assumed traffic congestion when arriving at Shirakawa-go, we were only permitted 50 minutes to tour this lovely village, which did not allow us to appreciate this world heritage area.

I am really glad I decided to use this service after discovering my pre-booked train was not running. I think I had a better experience overall. Clean modern vehicle, friendly staff and convenient bus time from Kanazawa Station with the added bonus of the stop on route to Shirakawago. More expensive than the local service but honestly worth it for a one time experience, the drive up through the mountains was lovely.
