Nadat alle studenten in het klaslokaal zijn aangekomen, beginnen ze met een kookles en leren ze iedereen xiaolongbao te maken, sesam en kippensoep te koken met champignons, koude gedroogde groenten, parelnoedels te maken en terug te keren naar de tafel om te genieten van hun eigen xiaolongbao Lunch van de dag ~ We hebben Japanse, Engelse en Chinese kookdocenten om je te leiden en de herinnering aan Taiwanees eten in je leven achter te laten. Als je de Taiwanese voedselverhalen en de herinneringen van lokale mensen wilt proeven, kun je nu een kookcursus boeken!

Amazing tour that really takes you to dishes you’d never find/order on your own. Skylar was wonderful and very knowledgeable on every thing we ate. I’ve been on a lot of food tours and this was one of the best.
What a fun experience, we had kids from 7 to 12 with us and were worried they may get bored or antsy. They always had something to do and food to eat. The class was a great lunch activity and some of us couldn’t even eat all the food we made so much.

The environment is very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. All the dishes were delicious and filling and we'd highly recommend this experience!
A truly amazing and fun experience. The entrance was a little confusing to find if you are very familiar with the area. The restaurant workers next door were able to point me in the right direction! The instructors were so friendly and patient. Makes even the most novice chef feel like a pro. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a half day activity. Already recommended to my friends who frequently visit Taipei

Great cooking class! Very well organised, with all ingredients prepared in advance, well explained and food was absolutely delicious! Very friendly atmosphere and we got certificate with printed recipes! Highly recommended 😊
