Nick was an amazing guide, funny, made you feel comfortable!! Would defuse again. Take as little as possible with you! You don’t wanna be carrying a bunch of things with you as you’re trying to get across rocks.
Nick was the best tour guide! He did an amazing job leading us on the tour. We had a great time! We would 100% recommend to anyone.
Sunny was an amazing guide! She picked us up right on time, brought great energy, and made sure everyone had an incredible experience from start to finish. The walk into El Yunque was easy, and the waterfall was beautiful. We also spent about an hour at Luquillo Beach, stopping at a few restaurants and bars while enjoying delicious fried Puerto Rican finger foods that were included. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Sunny as your guide!
The tour guide was disappointing and did not seem attentive to the needs of the entire group. Throughout the tour, she repeatedly complained about being a paid volunteer, which came across as unprofessional and detracted from the overall experience. At times, she appeared disengaged and disconnected from the group. She seemed to focus her attention on only one portion of the tour while largely overlooking the rest of the participants, including families with young children. A tour guide should make every guest feel welcomed, included, and equally supported throughout the experience. Unfortunately, that was not the level of service we received.

Rah was an amazing tour guide! He made our trip to El Yunque unforgettable. From hiking through the rainforest to sliding down waterfalls and swimming, he made sure we had an incredible time every step of the way. He was attentive, friendly, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. He also went above and beyond by taking tons of photos and videos for us, so we were able to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing every moment ourselves. If you’re looking for a fun, knowledgeable, and caring guide, I highly recommend Rah. Thank you for such an amazing adventure!
Very very good experiance overall I was not let down one bit. Our tour guide Rah was amazing and everything from the Rainforest, to food, to beach was amazing.
